1st time visiting this location and the cashier(Stephen) was so nice! Great customer service!! Everything was good and fresh! So thankful they got rid of the coated fries. The newer fries were delicious!!

They were very nice. Understaffed like everyone else. Unfortunately made my food wrong didn't know til I got home. But give them 5 stars for trying to make it work and politeness.

Horrible, always a ridiculous wait and the food hasn’t been good lately, my buns wet so soggy they were like water and the food looked like they put it in the container and shook it up, management needs to do there job especially considering how highly the food is now.

The manager here is horrible. Treating their staff like garbage, yelling at Mrs.Linda, an employee. She needs to lose her job, horrible management. Linda was great and respectful, Manager was not.

Staff at this location are great. Burgers are the usual greatness that has me on the ropes and toilet, but worth every gum smackin bite. Fries can skip the trash can, and go straight to the garbage truck. We can only pray they will bring back the old style fries at the least. For this reason alone reflects these stars.Also they aren’t open for breakfast, my second favorite trip to the toilet with those Sunrisers. Making my mouth dribble just thinking about em.

The drive through was great the food was fast but the Krystals sucked didn't have any taste and was dry the frozen white castle's you buy at a store is a lot better I probably won't be going back anytime soon.

They still have not opened their dining room since COVID but the drive-thru is usually pretty quick. The food is always hot and fresh and the people are friendly.

Worse service ever! Gave us partially cooked, cold as could be food, nasty drinks and Steven was name on receipt was rude…was near closing time, I immediately called and left a message and of course no return call, do not go here and waste your money, worse food and service I’ve ever experienced!
Food was cold. The new Chicks are overpriced. I’ll start buying frozen WhiteCastles from Krogers.

I like Krystal hamburgers. I have stopped at several through the years.Update 7/1/22.This is currently drive through only. There was a line when we visited and a family in front of us got out and the driver pulled out of line. The kids quickly came back and told the driver they were not open. The young lady approached and asked if they could get back in line. I had expected this to happen and no one was behind us. I told them go ahead and 30 minutes later we pulled up to get our food.The lady at the window said that the lady we let back in paid for our order. We ordered 4 Krystal Chicks and 2 Cokes. I made sure I did not owe anything and thanked her. A mile down the road we found out we got part of someone else's order.I am sure they were short staffed and doing all they can but they need some help.

If could leave a zero stars i would food was cold. The chili was burnt and old. Wasn't even worth eating. Called the store and got some young kid who was no help at all. Will not ever stop there again for any food or drinks ever. They need to be trained on how to cook food and when to dump food out if old or burnt.
