I never leave a review but, I never had anyone be so rude! The manager there does not know anything about customer service! The young girl took my order wrong at the drive thru! Very simple order 2 large pizza 1 pepperoni 1 cheese, bread sticks and a 2 litter! When the girl gave me the total I said no that is wrong it should be more and than said o yea I forgot your 2 litter and charge my card again! Than she gives me the beeper and the receipt.. as I look at the receipt I notice she got it wrong so I went back in the store they got the manager she looked confused as well but she told me next time I order “I need to order it like this and proceed to tell me the exact same thing I SAID! Than she put theMoney on my card which does not go back right away! Don’t understand why she could have not transferred the money to the correct order! I have been here lots of times and never had an issue till today!

Both pizza's are over done, dark meat on too. Italian cheese bread has a weird after taste, not of italian. Ordered on app good. Food over done. Window pickup good.Parking: Small lot but great for pickup
I had an extra most bestest, the flavor was bad and it was way too salty. I'm not even a picky eater. I won't be coming back here.

Went through the drive thru ordered a large pan pizza and 2 orders of wings they took my order and my money and said there would be a 15 minute wait was I ok with that sure I gave you my money already I guess I’m waiting she says pull around front we will bring it out when it’s ready so I do I wait 30 minutes get out of my car go inside my pizza and one order of wings is on a counter cold and I have to pay for a second order of wings I ask Haddon the manager for a discount on the semiconductor order of wings no discount and bad customer service and the pizza and wings were cold my money is hard earned and as important as little Caesars calling the home office and reporting this store
My daughter order pizza and bread they told her it be ready by 350 so I get off work at 330 stop st store got there at 355 threw the drive threw but had four cars in front of me to get there and give daughter name they didn't have the order so called daughter ask her then they come back to tell me it's in oven . 30 min later pizza not done, I ask them the issue lady got smart so I let her have it and pizza sucked it was dry and it was a hot n ready pizza, plus cheese bread with pepperin 19 dollars, I'm from Detroit and these southern people can't make the pizza with recipe and directions

I've had a few issues with this place their customer service is decent but they charged me extra for extra cheese and extra sauce I got home my pizza did have no sauce and hardly any cheese and wasn't cut and now I pull up half an hour before closing and they tell me they can't make the pizza I ordered so I had to choose from what's left in the hot box you might want to try Domino's this place seems kind of inconsistent and lazy.

Only thing I get from here is the Italian cheese bread with marinara! You won't be disappointed...just ensure it's always fresh!

My girlfriend works there and she was at the register and I ordered not even 2 seconds later I got my pizza this place is really good fast and cheap pretty good its not like cardboard like the little chasers in decherd

I’m not sure what people are expecting from a place that offers $5 pizzas. A place in downtown Tullahoma has those $18 + gourmet pizzas you crave.They have an app you can order ahead on for those who are waiting at the drive through window and complain.Pizza is consistent and good for the value that my pocket and stomach appreciates. Staff does their jobs each time I’ve been.
What can I say, great pizza and friendly people.
