The last four times I have been here they have forgotten multiple items. This time I go back in to get the rest of my food, wait for it and it is still wrong. I will be going to a restaurant that actually gives me all the food I payed for. Also, the number of people behind the counter that were on their phones during the dinner rush was honestly just ridiculous.

The absolute worst every single time. If you don’t wait 30 minutes for your order you must not be at the Tullahoma McDonalds. New management is needed. Get a lesson from chik-fila because your location is horrible. I hope this review gets to people before there time is also wasted.

I have been patient with this location for far too long. It is time I say something. I do not want free food, or apologies, I want accountability for this location. Today, I observed the boys working in drive thru playing and talking instead of working. Girl on cell phone working drive thru and took a moment to open window to take my payment . When was it ever appropriate to have a personal phone when working customer service? I have been waiting 20 minutes at the window, and just got told to go up to second window to wait some more. I ordered a hamburger, medium fry, and small coke. This is unacceptable service and management needs to understand they are managing kids. It is their job to teach these children how to present themselves in a professional manner, and keep them in line, as well as creating repercussions for those who do not work, or act professional. I worked at a McDonald’s as a teen and it would have been bag out the window in 5 minutes or less.

This is probably the most unorganized, chaotic, McDonald’s I have ever been to. Management is either slacking or there is no management. Not to mention the food area where the food is being prep was rather nasty. Food and other items ALL over the floor. We waited 25mins on our food, my husband’s was cold. Mine was actually ok- but only ordered oatmeal.I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
