Update: We've been out of state for a while and stopped by while we are in the area. My original review stands. If I could, I'd rate them higher. The food and service are always great. Rattlesnake Pasta with chicken is still my favorite. The chicken parmesan is my wife's favorite...both are excellent. We've never had a bad meal or experience here.

We called before we arrived to see if there was a wait and we're told , No they were pretty slow and should be seated pretty quick. When we arrived we waited for around 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge that we were there. When the hostess came up he was on the arrogant side and asked "can I help you " we told him there were 3 of us and he then asked if we had reservations. We told him no. He then told us it would be 35-40 minutes could be longer or shorter ( there were 3 empty tables) No one else came in.. the hostess continued to clean tables as people left. 25 minutes the hostess returned and seated us at one of the 8 empty tables. There was one other couple that came in the entire time we were there. They could not do draft beer due to the machine being broken, the waitress said it broke sometime before Christmas and they couldn't find anyone to fix it. Our waitress was nice, just not very attentive. I ordered the steak Gorgonzola pasta it was not good at all. The waitress asked us how everything was and we told her we did not like it, she apologized and then asked us if we wanted to go boxes. This place was recommended by someone that we met in Lynchburg so we were hoping for some good local food. Needless to say we paid our bill and went to Taco Bell

Tries to be better than it is. Poor staff and when I was there all the taps were down with no IPAs available in bottles or cans. Can you not send someone to Kroger to get a selection of beers when you can only serve bottles and cans for a couple of days? Steak was cooked properly, but nothing to brag about. Cheesecake was fabulous, but server was guessing on what flavors they had. WTF?
Please more transparent about your “To Go Fee.” Is the fee for the cost of packaging the food, or a way to generate additional revenue? Some explanation would be great since your pizzas are delicious, but a $4 pick up fee is odd.I also noticed this 10% fee was added to the subtotal and then taxed at 9.75%. Why? Shouldn’t this fee be after taxes are tallied for the bill?

Had a great burger tonight. Good service and really good food.Fried pickles were delicious!
We tried this place for a late dinner. Our server was wonderful and the restaurant was very clean and neat. The burgers were fantastic! Their side salad was not really worth the up charge on it I’d try another side if I go back. It’s really just lettuce, carrots and dressing but the burgers more than made up for that! Super flavorful and the toppings for it were fresh.

122 West has the best food, best atmosphere, best ambiance, great staff, and great owners, I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant that's the GEM of Tullahoma. Went for my daughter's 18th birthday, and she ordered the $100 steak, and she said it was the best birthday steak she could have EVER asked for. 5 stars, highly recommend! Dedicated staff that will make sure you not only have an excellent meal, but it will be an all-around amazing experience!Vegetarian options: Salad, pasta, sides, vegan patties, deserts, bread is amazing!Dietary restrictions: Anything you need, they'll make sure to provide, and almost everything here is farm to table. Local business supporting other local small businesses!Parking: Can be busy at times to find parking, but there's plenty of it in downtown T town!!Kid-friendliness: Kids are more than welcome here! Kids have no problem with eating all of their food and that's nice to see!
