$19 for a 6 inch sandwich and large drink. I see why the parking lot is empty. I had a Ruben sandwich they had no rye bread and asked if I wanted Thousand Island dressing on it, is it really a Ruben without rye bread or thousand island dressing? Ugh!

I have never ever been much of a sandwich person. So many other wonderful foods to experience. That was until I experienced Penn Station. Now any time my husband mentions it, I'm always like yes!! Thanks Tullahoma Tn Penn Station for making our experience every time a wonderful one.

The manager is a very angry person. We have been to the sandwich shop many times. The sandwiches are expensive but excellent. Yesterday, I went in for lunch and the young cashier ordered the wrong sandwich. I asked to heat the sandwich up and the manager came out from the back, approached me with an angry snarl on her face This lady needs to have "happy" somewhere. It's obvious she isn't happy at work.

I would give it another star or two if the manager waited until I left the restaurant. There was a problem with my order and the clerk was going to talk to the gentleman in the back and fix it but the manager decided then to call a meeting and pretty much reprimand the workers. There was no one in the store but me. And since she chose them to call a meeting I didn't get to have my order corrected. Also, it was very bland, with no oil, vinegar or seasoning. I won't be back. The manager did not know how to talk to the workers.

Terrible service on a day when we needed a quick hot lunch. I called to order and the recording said to order online. I placed my order online and my husband ran in to pick it up. After he waited for 40 mins they said they didn’t have our order. I can understand being short staffed but that is ridiculous. Someone should have taken time to make sure our order was in the queue . I won’t be back. What a waist of time and money. I’ll go to the New McAlester’s over them any day!

Love this place! When I come in they call me by name and most of them know me by name. It’s the small things that make you feel welcome and valued. The manager of this store is the best at customer service compared to many other stores. She’s great!
