Had a, I guess, very regional Thursday special, burger and salad bar for $8.99. We arrived at 6:30 with the intent of ordering the special. The waiter told us they were out of burgers!!! WTH! Said he'd give us a minute to look at the menu. I asked if they were substituting anything like a chicken sandwich and he said no, when they're gone they're gone. We left, seemed to bait and switch to me. They were NOT busy. Poor service and very poor management.

I tried to come in with a group and we was turned around becuz the manager said she couldn’t handle a big group but they wasn’t really busy at all and refused us in a very rude manner I’m very dissatisfied and it’s probably gonna be my last time coming here

We have been at the Tullahoma TN Ruby Tuesdays twice this week. First on Sunday with a party of 5 and again today as a party of 2. Kaylie was our waitress on Sunday and Carla was out waitress today. Both days the food was awesome. The facility was very clean and the both waitresses were very friendly and very attentive. The new GM, John Hines, is awesome and a big asset to this restaurant. Keep up the good work. Look forward to seeing y'all often.

I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday's in a long time. They closed down the two that I used to have in my town. I remember them for having solid burgers, steaks, and a good salad bar.My party got several different types of dishes. Everybody was pretty happy overall. Some of the sides were old and not great but most of the rest of the good was good.The only exception that I would note is the ribs. They were not very juicy, and the Texas style was basically just a giant pile of salt on top of the meat. Very appetizing.They were understaffed but the people they had did the best they could. Overall mediocre.
