Do not expect much of this location. If you just need gas they have it. If you want customer service or reliable products I implore you to send your business elsewhere. They will most assuredly disappoint you more than once in your first few visits.

Someone needs to do something about the food and the preparation at this place. You do not scrape your spatula across the counter, scrape it off on the side of the garbage can then cut paninis with it!!!

Cafe seems to be always closed... out of stock on the most basic things, like lids... slushy machine only works occasionally.

Just would like to warn people ahead of time about this at the gas pumps. I went in grabbed some drinks, carton of Marlboros, and two subs out of the deli. That came up to about 102.00 That is not a problem. I forgot to get the gas for the truck, so I paid at the pump. I only pumped 38.17 worth of gas. Tell me why it shows that I have a charge for about 126.00. Now I know what you are thinking of they put the two together. That would have been close to 140.00 and I get notifications on my phone with each transaction. So please, be careful when you get gas at speedway, cost me close to 90.00, just don't want it to happen to anyone else. Have a good day

Cashier was slow and not very with it. Husband had to go in store 2 times to get gas pump turned on after paying.

It is the same experience every time I make a stop here. I'm greeted with a smile as I walk through the door, after getting whatever I choose to drink from the coolers I make my way to the register I am always asked about how my day is going and I engage in a little banter while they ring up my stuff they always do the right thing and card me every time I ask for a pack of smokes or happened to walk up with an adult beverage even though they know who I am because I stopped there four or five times a week which is great because they're doing what they're supposed to do in those cases. However I can definitely feel The strain coming from the employees because they are definitely short staffed. They never complain out loud but because I have a huge background career in the retail field and specialized retail field, they don't have to say it I can sense it so kudos to them for taking the higher Road and wearing a smile. I will continue to stop here like I have for the last handful of years.

They really need to hire enough people to work here. I've been there twice this week and the smoke alarms were going off and food in the kitchen was on fire. The store was full of smoke and smelled horrible. They're also selling lottery tickets that have not been registered and you can't cash them in when you win. They told me it wasn't their problem.

The 5 star rating here is for the cafe only. T.K. in the deli, specifically. We were lucky to have had him as our preparer for the first time a couple months ago. He asked if there were any special additions for our pizza. It was perfect. Then we've had him make us sandwiches. He has a winning personality and is very much a true people person. He is friendly and helpful to every customer that we've seen him interact with. We've run into several rude and inept cashier's here and items are often in the wrong places with incorrect prices in the convenience store section. We stop here because it is conveniently located and has the products we need to buy on our way in and out of town. With 7-11 taking it over we are hoping the store will improve. If TK is working we will most likely buy something from the cafe as well.

yeah so here's a thought. one in the morning try having hot food ready at 6:00 for those of us on the road two how about having somebody behind the counter they greet you in a positive manner offers you to bag your food or give you a bag and most of all thank you for coming and tells you have a great day. customer service sells and I will never come back to this location again even though I drive by at three times a week. especially in the morning. of all the speedways I go by on my daily runs this one is by far the worst. one positive note the service here makes me want to leave and get back on the road and do my job quicker. have a great day
