Employee named Brooke at the counter is rude, grumpy and lackadaisical. Never a smile, which is not good when working with the public. Knows little about bowling. Also not good if you work at a bowling alley. A worker should know their product.

we took our three year old grand daughter and had a fantastic time with plans to go back soon!the game area is kid -friendly for all ages, as there are battle games and single player games.the ease of using the player cards ,which keeps up with your won tickets as well, keeps your hands and pockets clutter free!we didnt bowl this time around but we did visit the snack bar with tummy satisfying results-- the ladies there know their stuff and are fun and friendly?..don't let that Bronx accent scare you!Go get your game on y'all!!!

This is the third time my family and I have tried to come bowling here and every single time we’ve been told we can’t bowl because of leagues coming in. This is after checking times and information on their website, coming different days during the week and clearly they don’t update their website or times or have accurate information about when league times are. Clearly leagues are all this bowling alley cares about so if you are trying to just enjoy a day or evening bowling with your family don’t come here because you’ll be wasting your time. Looks like we will be finding another bowling alley to take our family to who actually will have lanes available to families and the public and not just leagues. Or at least a bowling alley that is courteous and keeps their website and information updated.

This bowling alley is for members only. If you're not coming with a league, don't come. The hours are incorrect on the website. The lanes are 100% reserved for leagues every single weeknight. So there is no time you can bring your family during the week if you work. Then, on the weekends there is a league Saturday mornings. So if you can't come Saturday afternoon/evening or on Sunday, you can't bowl here.I brought all my kids there last Friday night for a family night. We were told either we could try to bowl a game for 10 minutes, or we couldn't bowl, because leagues were coming in and there wouldn't be one single lane available. Trying to be in good spirits, we took the kids to the arcade and got dinner at the concession. We sat at the end of the lanes and watched all of the leagues come in. We could totally have bowled a game before the leagues EVEN STARTED. They all got food and ambled around for 30 minutes before even starting. This week I was trying to find a time to go bowling, since we failed last week. Thank God I called, because I was just told the public isn't allowed to bowl any weeknight, or Saturday morning. Forget this place!!!!!!

Got together with family to visit while bowling a few games. Did not eat here or play any games in the game room area. Clean. Nice older style basic bowling alley. Would visit again.
