Had a £31 order which they happily took the money and the food didn’t arrive, husband went down to see what had happened and they made out he had been scammed when in fact it was them who scammed us absolutely disgusting way to treat customers will never use them again

Ordered a pizza at 9:54 was told it would be 15 minutes but it has been one hour and still not here. Called to check half hour ago and was told 15 mins and then they put the phone down. .

Absolutely loved the pizza I ordered online, I just wish there was an option for a cheesy crust because that would have made it perfect for me.

We Ordered food online after been recommended this place waited an hour and a half to say it had been deliver half an hour later the order turns up freezing cold mouldy and missing items. We then called to ask and tell them what went wrong, they proceeded to put me on hold for 5 min then hang up not answer any of my calls so I had to call off a different number, the RUDE manager then said he is sending a driver back to pick up the order (to re sell the cold food to some unlucky person) and not ever offer a refund and just told us to contact someone else. Disgusting service and disgusting looking food. Been a manager of a restaurant that does take outs this was appalling. Would not ever recommend this place don’t waste your time

I found myself at two hotels (at different times) in the Birmingham Chinatown/ Downtown area and didn't want to go out searching for eateries so I turned to a Google Search. I chose Hot Stuff Pizza basically because they were close-by and their online ordering system was great and although it took a few minutes initially to get the selection right and click the right buttons once I mastered it was great. The first occasion I decided on a Vegetarian and a Seafood Pizza with added Anchovies. The online system told me the price and estimated delivery time in 45 minutes. After 20 minutes I got a call saying that they were out of some seafood so I changed it to a Margaretta with some additions. The computer told me my delivery time had arrived so I went down to the front of the Hotel and waited, and waited. I foolishly had not taken my phone so I didn't know the delivery guy was already in reception! Once paid and settled down to my meal I couldn't have enjoyed it more, I have had quite a few pizzas and these were up there at the top. On the second occasion in January the delivery was earlier than estimated and the transfer of money and pizza very straight forward. The pizza, I got my seafood one this time, was sublimely delicious. Both times the cost was around GBP12 and as far as I could make out a very modest sum for delivery (less than GBP0.50p or maybe this was an Internet fee?).

So a couple of years ago I used to pop next door to see this girl when she sent her Mr out for pizza downstairs. We'd often sling the guy on the till a fiver to cock up the order on purpose to give us more time. The pizza is nice.

So, I live upstairs and I visit Hot Stuff at a minimum of once a week, sometimes 3 times depending on work hours and what food I actually have in. I always get the student deal: pizza, chips and a drink for 2.99 x2, one for me, one for the Mrs. Came in today to order my usual, the idiot who was working the till (black hair and glasses, said his name was Ahmed) took my order, one of the pizzas is a margherita with a garlic base instead of tomato. So effectivly garlic bread,because my Mrs is pregnant and doesn't like the tomato base. The rudeness from him telling me he won't put it through because its not an option on the till and that he "doesn't care" if his colleagues have done it for me in the past, he point blank refused. Disgusting customer service. Shouldn't be the front man of the business if that's how he's going to behave.. Won't be going in again if it's him behind the counter.

I ordered two sets of wings, pizza, chips and a Pepsi. Total came to £12.50. Food tasted good and none of it appeared greasy. Service was fast too. I may go here again if I'm in the area!

The pizzas are made fresh to order, and taste is good, though I would say they are not the best quality. I was also annoyed that I asked for a regular size pizza (which is advertised on their wall), but was told they don't have regular, only medium or large (more expensive and larger than regular). Staff were not very apologetic in this regard either. I suppose you can't expect much more for late night take aways, I was just surprised by all the 5* reviews.
