“I love this place!!! They have such delicious pizza and the creamiest chicken Alfredo. Their salad bar was super fresh and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming and really gave me that small town comfort. “I found myself at two hotels (at different times) in the Birmingham Chinatown/ Downtown area and didn't want to go out searching for eateries so I turned to a Google Search. I chose Hot Stuff Pizza basically because they were close-by and their online ordering system was great and although it took a few minutes initially to get the selection right and click the right buttons once I mastered it was great. The first occasion I decided on a Vegetarian and a Seafood Pizza with added Anchovies. The online system told me the price and estimated delivery time in 45 minutes. After 20 minutes I got a call saying that they were out of some seafood so I changed it to a Margaretta with some additions. The computer told me my delivery time had arrived so I went down to the front of the Hotel and waited, and waited. I foolishly had not taken my phone so I didn't know the delivery guy was already in reception! Once paid and settled down to my meal I couldn't have enjoyed it more, I have had quite a few pizzas and these were up there at the top. On the second occasion in January the delivery was earlier than estimated and the transfer of money and pizza very straight forward. The pizza, I got my seafood one this time, was sublimely delicious. Both times the cost was around GBP12 and as far as I could make out a very modest sum for delivery (less than GBP0.50p or maybe this was an Internet fee?).“
“I ordered from here 2 weeks ago for the first time since moving back to Westmoreland and I personally think Highland Pizza is Awesome! Customer service was the best I've experienced compared to other chain stores. I ordered online and got the Chicken Spinach Alfredo Pizza and added black Olives and Mushrooms! It was So Good and Fresh. I LOVED every bite! And online ordering was a breeze even with going to their FB page to order! Definitely a better online ordering experience than the bigger chain stores too. It was smooth, simple and easy to navigate. I order pizza every other Friday on Payday and I look forward to ordering from here on my "Pizza Paydays" for as long as possible! Keep up the good work Highland Pizza!“
