We were at this Donimo's location @3001 US-31W, White House, TN 37188 Two weeks ago. We placed our order online for in store pickup and got a great deal on two 2 topping medium pizzas. I got Feta Cheese and Onions and I must say, it was a bit bland and dry. No fault of the way they made or cooked. Those ingredients tend to be like that. He got a Sausage and Pepperoni. It was really tasty and juicy. Also ordered Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread and an order of Spicy Jalapeno Pineapple Chicken bites. The stuffed bread was very good. The chicken bites were actually pretty good too. Sweet, spicy and cheesy. Despite the parking lot being almost full and people were waiting for their orders, ours was waiting for us at the pick up station and still piping hot and delicious. We would def eat at this location again.

Ordered the pasta bowl for 1st time and it was great! I had pasta with marinara sauce , mushrooms and spinach. It was awesome. Ordered the Italian sandwich as well and it was good . Delivery and service was exceptional and Benjamin was on time, kind and friendly. Ty Benjamin .

It was really good and pretty quick. We went and picked it up but we had a gift card and it was very easy to do and use online. The pizza was so good plus we earned a free emergency pizza... can't beat that!

My main issue as that they run low on supplies at certain times. Then they skimp on the ingredients. I haven't figured out which days of the week that it occurs.I think it probably happens at all Pizza stores.

Jason wouldn't give me the pizza and called the cops on me, the cops then gave me the pizza. Thanks Jason I hope dominoes will compensate me for your poor customer service skills. I probably wouldn't have been so upset if he didn't make me wait outside in 47° weather for several minutes and just told me to use the drive up when he originally saw me at the door instead of flat out ignoring me. There is no sign saying to use the drive up. The app told me to pick it up inside. Every dominoes I've ever been to never had a drive up.

Ordered my pizza. When I went to pick it up the door was locked. I saw what appeared to be a very professional crew working diligently on the inside. Not wanting to interrupt their flow of dedication to their employer, I got in my car and drove around to the window, where Jason served me with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this location.

Food was wonderful! Placed an order online and arrived for pick up. Door was locked for safety I assume since it was around midnight. Was asked to use the drive thru. I got in my nice and warm car and drove to the window. Got my food and enjoyed my evening. Thank you Domino’s. I didn’t even have to cuss out and belittle employees, pound my fist on the glass door, bring up I am not here to “Rob” you 3 times. Didn’t even have to go to basic training to understand the concept of a drive thru. I since day 1 have promised to take a stand against Karen’s foreign and domestic! Ooh-Rah

Chicken Carbonara and Feta & Spinach cheesy bread was DELICIOUS!
Raw chicken wings and they couldn’t fix it!!!! Charged my card 4 times for an order I couldn’t receive!!!! Even talked to the manager and DM they was just pretty much sorry for what Happened but we can’t fix it!!! I’m in shock never been treated this way @ a restaurant!!!!

Just a heads up to anyone picking up pizza after 8, you have to go through the drive thru window on the right of the building. Pretty rough customer service and no signage indicating that this is the case. I parked up front, knocked politely, tried to signal that I was there to pick up pizza and all I got were rude looks. It took my husband having to call the store for them to explain to pull around and then pretty tough customer service (and an overcharge for one item). I have teenagers in the house and we eat a lot of pizza, not too sure we will keep giving our business to this location. Good manners go a long way!
