On May 4th I went into Jersey Mikes to pick up an online order. I usually do this once a week for about 50 bucks. As soon as I entered I noticed there were issues. There were several food tickets on the counter and at least 2 people arguing over their orders. The girl, who I have always assumed was a manager was pulling completed sandwiches out of their bags, opening them, making changes then putting them back into bags. The guy at the counter turned around and left. I noticed there was food all over the counter. There were 3 other young employees standing around looking bewildered at that there leader was doing. She was definitely under the influence of some type of narcotics. She the went over to 5he meat cutter and was cutting meat, throwing it on the counter, then walking away leaving it there. I then approached her and told her to stop using 5he meat cutter and to stop making sandwiches. I also told her to not use drugs at work, she the ran out the rear door and disappeared. The 3 very young employees then refunded all online orders and tried to diffuse the situation as best as possible. Will not be returning.

Whelp. Won't ever attempt that again. Excruciatingly slow service, zero care, dirty store. But the good news is the food is overpriced and par. Never again.

I ordered my food at 7:10 p m Got my first sandwich at 7:40 And it was wrong, got my second sandwich. Wait a minute I still didn't get my second sandwich I asked for a refund at 7:50 And went to Subway. The store is nasty.Not impressed. Will not ever go back to the store in White House.

Bread was stale, place was hectic with very little people there. Food was terrible. Ordered giant chicken Philly cooked in front of me got home to see they used oldest bread they could find. Always been a big fan of jerseys mikes, will never be back to this location.

Every time I come here the service is so slow. I ordered a hot sub and it was 10 minutes before they even started making it. The two guys were just standing around talking. The worse part is one guy was actually vaping while making the sandwiches. Will most likely never come back here. Subway is not as good, but at least i can get food in less than 20 minutes.

Although I don't usually frequent chain restaurants, I have always been a fan of Jersey Mike's. I have been to other such franchises in the Robertson/Sumner county area and this one is my favorite. Food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly. It's well staffed unlike many fast food places here. They are very generous with the meat they serve on their subs. My only complaint is that they need more space in their dining area! I guess I'm not the only Jersey Mikes fan in White House!

Ordered a Philly steak sub cheese only (no peppers, onions). Was even asked if we wanted peppers or onions. Didnt eat there and took it home only to discover THERE WAS NO STEAK ON THE SANDWICH!! $14 for a cheese sub...I dont think so. McDonalds is one of the worst, but at least If i were to order a McChicken, cheese only, i will at least have chicken with it.

My husband went in and ordered 2 #8’s with added pickles and banana peppers when he arrived home and we looked at the sandwiches they had nothing that a #8 was supposed to have on it it did not have lettuce no mayo no nothing it was a dry sandwhich with just meat and cheese I was so livid I called the location and spoke with the female manager then my husband came in and she personally re made it the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the manager because it matters to me if a restaurant fixes there mistakes and she did with that being said I saw the review before mine and the employee who keeps doing this to customers needs to be trained better or written up because I spent $40 on these sandwhiches and for them to not be made correctly and for us to have to run back to the store was very frustrating but I do appreciate the manager for fixing it.
