The worst pizza I've ever had. No kidding, it was horrible and I had to throw it out. Ordering online was easy and the pizzas were ready when he walked in to pick them up. Had I been the one to pick them up, I would have asked for a refund. He gets home and opens the boxes and the disappointment on his face was palpable. His pizza (Three Meat Treat) was lacking a nice portion of meats and was drenched in grease. Yes, it's going to be greasy from the meat, but the box was soaked through. He said it was passable to eat. My pizza (Extramostbestest Pepperoni) didn't even look cooked. And, the amount of pepperoni seemed like it was just a regular pepperoni pizza. The dough looked weird because it was practically raw. I tried to pull the slices apart and though they were sliced, the pieces stuck together because the dough was obviously raw in the middle. Putting the pieces in the air fryer for a few minutes didn't even help. This was or second and LAST visit to this location. And, our first visit was met with our order being, but they did fix that issue.

The manager here treats DoorDash delivery drivers terribly. While I was in the restaurant yesterday for a delivery pick up, she proceeded to talk very loudly, passive aggressive to a coworker about how dumb DoorDash drivers are and how they can't read or follow orders. When I addressed her on this, she told me I was listening to a personal conversation. It was rude, and I live here and will never order from this place again no matter how much my kids like it.

We’ve tried this location multiple times, trying to keep giving it a chance. But from the increased prices, mediocre food, and ridiculous wait times for what is supposed to be cheap/fast pizza, we’ve finally written them off. When did “hot n ready” turn into 1 1/2 hours? Management seems non-existent and it’s always just 1 or 2 teenagers running the place. Avoid this location and just grab Domino’s or Pizza Hut across the street.

We have ordered pizza here three separate times and each time the pizza was RAW in the middle. We were granted a replacement pizza for the next time we came. We called today to order a replacement one, and the manager there told us that because we keep calling to claim the pizza is raw, that this world be the last time she honored us having a replacement (basically insinuating that we're only doing this to get free pizza). When told that they need to cook the pizza longer to ensure it was properly done, she said "we do." No, you don't. There have been multiple other people who have had this same issue at this location.When told this would be the last time we would be there, she said "that's fine." And hung up on us.To insinuate that we are trying to get a free $5 pizza and claiming (falsely according to her) that they do cook it completely is truly unacceptable. There needs to be proper recourse if the food is RAW. Then, to hang up on a customer, that is WILDLY inappropriate and unacceptable.I suppose this is a blessing in disguise...now we don't have to get sick from biting into raw pizza dough.STAY AWAY.

I had ordered two pizzas about a week ago and when got home they were under cooked so I called the store and MsTeresa answered and said I’m sorry we will remake them for you but I said I couldn’t pick up again I was on my way to work. Ms Teresa said well give me a time and day and we will remake, if it’s not snowing you can get tmrw. Well it snowed and we came down with the flu bug so therefore I never went and picked up. Today , Jan 31 2024 I called Ms Teresa at store asked if I could get the 2 pizzas that were on hind for me from over a week or so ago and she said I remember the pizzas and absolutely how long do you need? I said I’ll come whenever you say ,lol. I picked up the 2 remade pizzas thru the drive thru and had my two dogs with and MsTeresa was so sweet, kind she talked to my fur babies and then gave them some little cookies and they were happy. lol.I have to say , Ms Teresa went above and beyond to make things right and was so kind, understanding and sweet. The new pizzas were fully cooked and very good. Felt like made with love!! I have been to different Little Caesar’s and this one is by far the BEST!!! Plus you can’t beat the prices as well. I just wanted to say Thank you to Ms Teresa who shares the same name as I do, lol. Thank you for going above and beyond and being so kind!! We will definitely be back!!!

Came back cause they said they'd remake it, been Here for almost 20 more. I'm paid for deliveries, this is hurting ny check. I get being understaffed but at least get it done right. This is ridiculous

This is the worst little ceasers that I have ever experienced. They cut cost by charging you for an EBM pizza then will hardly add any toppings. This is what they consider an EXTRA MOST BESTEST PIZZA! ?
