We ordered pizza here through a call center instead of the store. We were told it would come in 30 minutes. We waited and waited and no pizza! Forty minutes after the pizza was supposed to be delivered my husband drove to the store. When he got there the doors were locked (closing not until 10 PM and it is 8 now) the 3 kids inside were goofing off. He got them to open and inquired why we never got our pizza? They told him they didn’t have any drivers. Why one of the 3 didn’t deliver is beyond us! Our pizzas were sitting under a light. My husband was livid why didn’t someone call and tell us we had to pick up the pizzas? Our pizzas were Luke warm. They gave us our pizzas for free but that hardly makes up for irresponsible behavior! Better workers need to be hired and customer service needs to be valued by this store! The manager is not doing a good job either to leave this type of worker alone in the store!

Ordered a full order a hour in advance and showed up to pick it up only to find out they didn’t have any of it. Worst pizza experience I’ve had. Very embarrassing for the management. They didn’t even bother to email or call saying they was out of hand tossed.

I called the call center and was on the phone trying to place an order for 10 minutes. They could not understand me. Why in the world do you have your call center taking calls from a different country and language barrier. My anxiety level just went to 10. I hung up!

They NEVER answer the phone 10 out 10 times they will not answer. The app will not allow ordering special deals.Every time you call you are shunted to a remote call center that will 100% not get your order correct even if they manage to actually get the order input.Several times there have been carry out orders that were placed and when you arrive, the staff onsite has no idea that your order even exists.This is why I continue to have to order from Little Caesars or the 76 Tavern next to Kroger. They will at least answer the phone and will very rarely (very, very rarely) mess up your order.

This place is absolutely trash. I ordered my order today and wondered why it wasn't read and quite delay. I found out finally that 2 staff were kissing inside the store and didn't do their jobs. I have got them recorded if a store manager would like to see who they are. Can't believe that Pizza Hut hires the kids woh don't take a job seriously.

Ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago. Called the 800 number 5 times.Got put on indefinite hold 3 times, hung up on 1 time, now I've been on hold for 10 minutes. Still no pizza.DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!I will NEVER, EVER order pizza from this restaurant again.

Tracker told me my pizza wouldn’t be ready for an hour. Arrived ten minutes early and the pickup screen said it was ready. Picked up cold pizza!! Like the crust was almost stale it was so cold. Ridiculous
