Awful. Terrible. Took one sip and couldn’t stomach it. Half full and weird foam, not like the ones I normally get. Cappuccino tasted like mop water. Where’s the coffee? I’ve had bad Starbucks before but this was by far the worst.

I have ordered coffee from here multiple times wanting to love it and support my local Starbucks however every time it’s been completely made wrong the coffee is watered down the Ingredients are wrong the attitude of the baristas are poor and the lines are long as someone who has been ordering the same Starbucks drink for over 5 years and has never had a problem it’s highly disappointing that the quality of this Starbucks is so poor I will literally drive out of my way to Hendersonville just to get my coffee made correctly at Starbucks which is sad they need better training and to actually know what they are making because the drinks are never correct.

The baristas are always very lovely and courteous. My order is always correct and they are very efficient with the influx of customers they get. It's a shame some customers aren't very nice.

The 2 girls behind the counter were Awesome!However, you need to have 3 people to work this much volume. Cutting cost at the expense of customer service, will not bring me back. I watched 3 people walk away from the line.
