This place is a gem! The food is absolutely delicious, the ambiance is fantastic, and the service is impeccable. I'm only sorry that it took me so long to try this place. 10/10 will definitely be back. P.S. Get the carrot cake, you will not regret it (well, your waist line might regret it a little lol).

Very mediocre place not worth the money salmon dip tasted like white fish literally not salmon very fishy smell , steak egg rolls taste like hamburger helper. The sauce on the Mongolian ribeye was good but the steak was burnt and undercooked.

Great food, good drinks and great atmosphere. Ordered prime rib steak medium rare, steak was a touch over but very good, nyo mashed potatoes were good but underseasoned for my taste. Great place to go in Winchester for semi-upscale dining and great drinks. Staff was knowledgeable about menus and drinks. A lite pricey for the area, as longhorn in Boro is similar price point on steak and to me was a touch better but when factoring drive time and aggravation this place is better. Give it a try my friends.

We brought friends for dinner to share the Filo’s experience with them and they were blown away. We were super pleased as always!! Every single thing we ordered was perfection and just delicious! Filet kabobs, steak egg rolls, chicken tenders and fries, the pork belly and carrot cake were some of our favorites! Each item was prepared perfectly and the flavor was just amazing. Our server was Victoria and she was fantastic! Very personable, had us laughing, anticipated our needs and took great care of us. Can’t recommend Filo’s enough and we look forward to our next visit!
I'm so glad we found Filo's on our trip to Winchester! The food is beyond excellent. During our stay, we dined here on three different occasions, twice for dinner and once for lunch. The quality of ingredients here shines in the taste of the food. We tried the filet, filet and shrimp, parmesean crusted steak, crab cakes, fish and chips, calamari, pork chop, creme brulee, and carrot cake. The house made ranch is the BEST I've ever tasted. Don't be afraid to try something new here. It will not disappoint.Service is beyond exceptional! Our first evening, Missy was our server, and she was amazing. I appreciated her attention to our tastes and her taking the time to explain the restaurant and background to us. The following two visits, service was just as wonderful. I also appreciated how other servers and staff would ensure drinks stayed full and plates left your table when they were empty.We will definitely stop here again if we're in the area!!
The husband and I are trying to watch what we're eating, so we shared a meal and appetizers. We got the Mongolian ribeye, which is pretty good! As a side, I got the Nyo mashed potatoes. There was absolutely nothing special about them. Tasted no different than the ones I make at home. I was kind of surprised for the price all you get is steak and mashed potatoes. You would think there would be a side salad or vegetables with it. The Bang Bang Shrimp was delicious! Writing this review is making me want more. The Hipster fries were a negative for both of us. There was nothing good about them in our opinion.Service was okay, nothing exceptional or extremely bad. Just average service. We went on a weekend night and it was very loud in there. Not sure if it's always like that, but it definitely was the night we went.I'm not sure if we will go back. Although the steak and the shrimp were good, I expected better/more for the price.

The food was great. It is a cool place.That said, we felt like they tried to push us out, because they had people waiting, and we had kids at the table.To me, it's not a kid friendly place. This is not a criticism, it's simply my reaction to how our table was served.Again, the food was great.Our server took my 85 yr old mother's plate before she was finished. My mom was distracted and looked down, and it was gone. The server didn't ask her if she was finished. We just thought that was a little rude.What I am describing DID occur.So, as long as you don't have kids, I'd recommend it.I had a salad with chicken that was delicious, and very fresh. Our party also had meat, that was very good as well.Kid-friendliness: See my other comments.Not recommended for dinner if you are bringing kids.
