My gravy was so thick it wouldn't pour out of the container and my Husband's gravy was as thin as water with big clumps in it. He couldn't eat it. We asked for napkins and didn't receive any and they gave us one fork. We had to take turns using the fork

It's your standard, small town Hardee's. The service is great, the store is nice and tidy. The food is Hardee's. It's very busy in the mornings and the drive thru lane has been adjusted to ease the flow of traffic. Not sure if they still do gospel sangin anymore though

Cane here for a quick bite, service was ok, nothing better or worse than any other store.Wife's bacon cheese burger was not fully cooked, liquid ran out when picked up, bacon WAS NOT cooked at all, ok maybe 25% cooked.Horrible, took back and the guy just looked at me, never said a word to me. I finally just walked away...

Food is pretty good, though bit inconsistent. Like one day, it's life, the best sandwich they ever made next taste like that stale sandwich you left in the fridge and forgot about.The speed of the place isn't the best, even if it's just like me and one or two, it takes them a moment but it's not bad better then since places but not the best.Parking: If you go at breakfast, good luck.
We hadn't been into the "New" Hardee's. I looked on here it says "closes at 10". We pulled up and we decided to go get Mexican instead. As we were getting back into the car( we would have already been going in the door as it was not 9pm yet). A male employee legit ran over to the door to lock it. We got real "amused" watching his enthusiasm to get that door locked real quick since he didn't realize we had changed our minds. Lol Just makes me wonder if they know what kind of people they are employing. We had 2 small children with us. Closing an hour early, or they need to change the Google information.

I've noticed the lines at Hardee's move really slow in the past couple of months or more. I went inside this one expecting to get my order quicker than waiting in the long lone in drive thru. Noone was in a hurry. Everyone was relaxed and taking their time and Noone was working as if the lines inside and our were completely full and long. I overhead one of the female employees say. One customer at a time. Don't worry about anything else. We can only serve one customer at a time.I don't know if this is the new motto across the board at Hardee's, but the lines seem longer and barely moving each time I visit one. I don't see how they will stay in business at this rate. For the amount of time I waited for 1 steak biscuit was ridiculous and one would think it would be hot and ready Once I finally got it. The steak was undercooked and the biscuit was doughy. To think, this lady thought that taking their time serving the customers lines up to order was the right thing to do and then have the audacity to announce it, one customer at a time. They literally had one cashier on the front register that took the order, then would go stand and wait for a order, full it, slowly and then fill the one she just finished taking and then come back to telhe register slowly and repeat. I was laughing to myself at the nerve of it all. They had a group of firemen in line also and no rush. It was insane to watch.
Dietary restrictions: Love their low carb burger! As a diabetic this is a great option when eating out.

Worker had friends hanging out. Fries were cold and burger edges were burnt. Tried for first time since redo of store, not pleased at all. Breakfast is this stores only redemption for me. Don’t like dry and cold food like leftover.
