We waited a long time to be waited on, but our server was very attentive once she came over. The food was decent. My canned diet coke cost 3.75$ and was flat. I sent it back and got water. That is 300% mark up. The coke wasn't taken off my bill. Pretty disappointing lunch this time. Usually stellar all around. Not Thursday November 30th.
Well, I looked at theme on line and was ready to eat a Cuban sandwich, but, after I sat down and talked to the bar tender she said "eat the chicken livers" so I ordered them. Oh, and I ordered a gold beer and it was in a frosted mug. The meal came with 2 sides so I got a side salad and fries. The meal was delightful and the chicken livers melted in my mouth and just had a terrific taste. We visited for lunch on a Saturday. The atmosphere is great and service was wonderful! We had the fried green tomatoes, and I enjoyed the addition of pimiento cheese! I ordered the chicken & waffles, which were delicious! The crispy-fried chicken definitely made the difference! My husband had the chili with grilled cheese. It was a solid, straight-forward meal…and also delicious! I. Any wait to come back again!
