I ordered the nacho pow grande combo and asked for chipotle sauce for my nacho fries and they put it on my nachos instead of in the cup and I have no cheese on my nachos. I suggest not going to this restaurant or any of the other ones in Woodberry because they do suck at getting your order,

FOOD: The soft tacos were actually some of the freshest and best I've had from a Taco Bell in a while. They were very full with just the right amount of everything, including the requested sour cream.SERVICE: They gave me plenty of sauce packets and were friendly.PRICES: The prices are obscene! The total for three soft taco supremes and three sides of nacho cheese was almost $13!!!! I guess, when you're one of the only fast food chains for miles, you can get away with that. Capitalism, baby.I'm here for a month, and I'm sure I'll hit it up a few more times. Those prices are a hard pill to swallow, though....

Dining room full of people yet doors are locked. When I asked why they were allowed kid looked at me and smirked and walked away. Another car was told to pull around and wait for they're food. They sat in the parking lot and had to start honking they're horn after waiting almost thirty minutes for two drinks and a box. So rude. So rude.

The store was dirty,let me try to explain why I give it a poor review because I don't like to do that we got tacos right we'll something was very worth with the shell of the hard tacos the taste was very bad it had a chemical taste and the smell of them was the same way so I went to the counter to let them know something was wrong with them the only thing they said was ok never offered to fix is new ones or anything I know we are not the only ones that told them and when we left there they still had not fixed the problem ?

Had a very long wait in drive thru only one car in front of me and they still made me drive around to the front and wait, ordered 6 soft tacos the lettuce was soggy ate one the rest went into the garbage they did give me a coupon for free taco but it went in the garbage what with the other tacos. They'll ever see me again.....

Manager is very rude went in to use bathroom and order some food and there was no toilet paper or paper towels in restroom when I asked the manager for some toilet paper she told me no and I had to leave cause they weren't open yet but the doors were open
