I called this place to order 6 pizzas. Three pepperoni (extra pepperoni), three half and half different specialty pizzas they offer. I go to pick up the pizzas and all three pepperoni pizzas had barely two pepperoni's per slice. I said something about it to the cashier to which he replied that it did seem a little light but then shrugged his shoulders. So the actual pizza itself was not very good. The meat ingredients were dry and the crust was stiff and had a cardboard feel to it. If you are able to go to another pizza place I highly suggest Brick Oven Pizza Company. I left a review on them and loved them.

Ordered delivery at 18:30, told 75 minute delivery time, waited 90 minutes called, was told they weren't delivering today and had canceled my order because they had called twice, they hadn't, and couldn't get ahold of me.

Don't try calling ahead...they won't answer. Overpriced, expensive (with a coupon, pizzas are still around $15) and don't take checks. I know that doesn't sound f like a big deal, but I had just used my card at Nikki's Froyo, which unknown to me at the time, is notorious for sending a "fraud alert" to your bank. I had called in our pizza at Black Box , couldn't get cash from the ATM, so tried to write a check. (Desperate times call for desperate measures, right?). No luck. While I stood there, their phone rang and rang with no one answering. The nice cashier said I could make the check out to her...we did. Got our cold, overrated pizza and left. Gave them one more chance tonight...called for 15 min. No answer. Won't be back again.

I would love to give this a 5 star review because typically we have never had any issues. However, yesterday we ordered for delivery at 6:30 pm and did not get our pizza and wings until 10pm. When it arrived it was cold. I am thinking they are short staffed and this is a one time occurrence.

Don’t opt for delivery!!!! After ordering my pizza it said the delivery time was 70 minutes. 65 minutes later I received a notification saying it was on its way. One hour and 10 minutes later I just called and canceled it. After reading several reviews it seems like they have a major problem with timeliness.

Ordered online the other night it said 75 minutes for delivery and I waited then contacted them via messenger since I called and got no answer. Was told they were closed and my money would be refunded which was done and that my next order would be 40% off. So today I decided to order again and called this time so that I could get my discount - it took me 22 times calling to get through. Disappointing service from the restaurant. The driver was nice, it wasn't his fault. They shouldn't be taking delivery orders if the driver isn't scheduled yet. This was why it took 2 hours for the pizza to get her, and this was the reason why as told to me by the young lady who answered the phone.

This place needs better management! The last time we ordered, we were told it would almost an hour for delivery. It was thirty minutes AFTER that before it arrived. When we called to find out where our pizza was, the kid that answered had no idea who took our pizza and then told us they had no way to contact the driver to find out where they were. “If it didn’t arrive soon, call back and she can give us a discount.” Our food was cold when it arrived and wasn’t entirely correct.

My wife said, "Let's get Black Box Pizza tonight". I said, "No, don't you remember last time. The price was waaayyy too much, and I can't remember what was wrong, but remember it was a bad experience". She said, "Yeah, I remember something like that". I said, "Ok, let's get it and see". The last time we got Black Box before this last weekend was over 2 years ago...it was a bad experience then, and it's still a dumpster fire today.She ordered the pizza at 6:56, I have the email confirmation to prove it. She specified Thin crust. We got our pizza at 8:56, and it wasn't Thin crust. No apology, No "We'll give you a free pizza next time", nothing in the way of making it right. My wife said, "Never again." I said, "Yup, never again."

Took us 30 mins to try and order 2 pizzas off your website (i will concede this could be in large part to user error), then when we finally had the 2 pizzas in the cart, the 12" cauliflower pizza was $30!! We gave up.

Well it's a shame. I was hoping that they would make it- but they just keep messing up my order and being unbelievably late. This last time I paid 16.00 for pepperoni rolls that were 1/4 of their normal size- and I had to wait for that disappointment. They don't seem to care.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant . The lady at the counter took my order wrong and gave us an extra pizza didn't give us our drink The place was empty and it still took them thirty minutes to bring our food and the pizza was mediocre at best would highly discourage anyone from going there

Ordered a pizza and was notified it would take 40 minutes to be ready. Arrived to pick it up 45 minutes later only to be told it would be another 15-20 minutes. After waiting another 25 minutes, then told it would be another 7-8 minutes. ‘I don’t know what happened, we weren’t busy and then all of a sudden we had a bunch of orders.’ Yes, that’s what happens when you run a business in the food industry. Haven’t even eaten the pizza yet but would not recommend.
