The sweet and helpful employee in the blue American Eagle hoodie today went out of his way to help me and help me locate a place to get warm water for my daughter’s formula. He deserves some recognition just for his positive attitude made my day today. I saw that he was busy, but he was still friendly with

Icy machine 9 times out of 10 not working.customer service needs updated training. Greetings and Eye contact and smiles are rare. Asked for 3 small drinks was charged for medium when asked about charge he said sorry all we have is medium right now, then he charged 2.50 for 2 cups of tap water . I paid reluctanty because my grandchildren thirsty . But atomspere and customer service very unwelcoming .im confident they dont want my business so i will oblidge.

Website says it opens at 11. When I got there the employee told me it doesn't open until 12:30. I suggested an edit on hours. I hope this is fixed so noone else goes there an hour and a half before they open!!

Got my daughter’s birthday cookie cake from Brittany and it was amazing. They only have chocolate and white icing for the decorating so She brought sprinkles from her home to tie in the color scheme for the party. We loved it & the price can’t be beat. Definitely recommend

If you go just know you might get sick. Employees rarely wear gloves and one girl gets dough stuck in her nails and sticks dough back in. Manager has said it's within the health codes and has no intention of changing the practices. Eat their at your own risk. I can't imagine what they do when people aren't looking.

I wanted to get 1/4Ib of sugar cookies. The lady that was working behind the counter was rude. She thought I asked for a bag of cookies which would've cost $14.00. I said "Ma'am, I asked for 1/4 Ib cookies" She then went underneath the counter and gave me sugar cookies. The cookies were $3.50 and paid with a $5.00. So she gave $1.50 back. I then sat down and are two cookies and they were stale. I then went back to the counter and ask the lady "How long have the cookies underneath the counter been out?" She then told me " Since eight this morning." I then ask her "How long have the cookies on the counter been out" She told me, "Since eight this morning." I told her that the cookies were stale. She then told me that she would give me my money back. I didn't want my money back in the first place!!! I just wanted softer cookies. She then gave me 1.75 back instead of giving me the full 5.00. Went I told her that she shorted me .75, she said that she had to charge me for the two cookies I ate. I understand that but she shouldn't be serving stale cookies from under the counter. I won't be going here for awhile!!
