We really enjoyed our dinner here. The young lady named Angel was an exceptional server. She was well trained and asked expert questions. The food was very good. I had the meat loaf and my wife had the chicken tenders. Both were very good as were the sides and iced tea. We've been back for lunch and the food was exceptional. I had the turkey club sandwich and it was the best I've ever had. My wife had the salmon and she really liked it. Iced tea is Texas worthy. The service again was exceptional. Our server Zay was very helpful and personable.

My friend and I go here for lunch occasionally and I must say, recently, it has really improved in service, temperature of food and taste! I couldn't have said that a couple of years ago. I like the staff they have now and wait times have gotten better. Quality of food has really improved. We will probably go more often.

Usually the food and service at this location are stellar. I'm currently sitting in the restaurant for the last time. The server, M., got our order wrong. I had to ask for splenda four times. When telling him of the wrong entree, he came back and said the manager would be offering no amelioration due to us having already touched the plates. We had asked for no discount. I was offended by the implication that we were seeking a free meal. Especially when the manager gave the table behind us 10% for having a long wait. The chicken fried bacon was burned, the fried pickles are frozen. And the manager on duty clearly has no idea how to be an effective manager. I was given a sweet tea, though. After not getting splenda until my husband asked for it. We will never again darken the door of a Cotton Patch and I will tell a least one person a day about this until I'm known as the crazy lady who hates Cotton Patch.

We make it a point to come to Cotton patch at least once a week. Our server Xavier is always on point, drinks are always full and constantly asking if we needed anything.

Tonight, we had an excellent waiter, Mike. He was friendly and Johnny on the spot when we needed anything. The steak fingers were good. The pecan encrusted fish was too wet and too sweet. And tonight, the squash casserole was way too sweet too. I never understand why people put sugar in veggies. Anyway, the meals were not the greatest, although not bad. The best thing we had were the side salads. I think that may be the best salad in town, real carrots, onion, tomatoes and a really great blue cheese dressing.
