Didn't secure cake very well not in a box that covered the entire cake! The cake box is too small I'm not happy. I will not be going here again! Too much money paid out for this!!!!

I apologize to Creative Cakes that I didn’t do this review sooner, but you know how busy life gets. It will be 3 years in June that my daughter had her wedding and we gave Creative Cakes a picture of how we wanted her wedding cake and OMG !!! It came out gorgeous it was beautifully done and more than we expected. We also called back later a month before the wedding cause we decided to do a grooms cake also we just talked over the phone and explained what we wanted and it also turned out awesome ! Both cakes were so delicious. My daughter and are expecting a baby in August and I’m going to contact Creative Cakes to do the baby shower cake. Attached are the photos of the two cakes done for the wedding

The cake was beautiful and cookies were exactly how i wanted them for my daugthers baby shower.Got a alot of compliments on cake and cookies and the cake tasted great.One friend said i found a great cake shop.Had my shower in the city and was asked where did i get the cake from cause they loved the cake.

The cake I ordered was sloppy and so dry had no flavor and the fish looked so horrible doesn’t look anyhting like there pics now I put all the animals on but the rest is a mess never again I paid 140 bucks for this cake more than my wedding cake and my wedding cake was way better from mkays

Worst customer service I've ever seen. This will be the next bakery to close its doors. Can't even answer simple questions regarding a cake design in a respectful or timely manner. I will take my business elsewhere. Wow ?

Ordered a cake for 2 separate birthdays but requested both be the same flavor (Strawberry) and first cake tasted fine, just dry and designs were poor quality. second cake wasnt any better at all, super dry and crumbly, but not only that, i can tell the difference between BOX CAKE MIX and a legit homemade cake. these ladies should be ashamed of themselves selling $5 cakes for extreme prices!! never again will i return even if there are no other bakeries available when i can just buy the box mix and frosting myself! sad to say, both cakes had only a few slices taken from them and the rest went to the trash. thanks for ruining 2 birthdays!
I ordered a carrot cake ( a cake I don’t usually like ) for my wife’s birthday, and it was the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. They did an amazing job on the decoration as well. I’ll be coming back for more!

Our first experience here was for our daughters first birthday, the design was mediocre but tasted good.Our 2nd experience was not good, it was for our gender reveal for our 2nd child and my wife requested cupcakes. The girl who took her order didn’t understand how it would even work with cupcakes but finally figured it out. When we got the cupcakes you could see the filling color without having to take a bite so ruined the surprise. Cupcakes were dry too.Won’t be coming back again.
