Crooked Creek Meats catered our wedding. We had friends, and family from the east coast, Midwest, Great Plains, and of course Texas. Everyone loved the food! On top of the food, they provide their own tables, table cloths, utensils, plates, and they serve at the buffet line! We could not have picked a better caterer. Highly recommended and we will be following their food truck around for years to come!

Love the food and love the people that run the truck. They make amazing Mac and Cheese brisket! If you like spicy, they also have an incredible jalapeno cilantro sauce that they put on their "loaded avocado". I really enjoy when they do crawfish boils during crawfish season. So, whether you are doing sliced, chopped, on a sandwich, in an avocado salad, or mac and cheese... you cannot go wrong.

I was excited to try this since it comes into my area often. I was really disappointed. They had just opened and my hubby and I walked over and ordered a pound of moist brisket and large Mac n Cheese. The guy seemed a bit agitated that I asked for a pound. The lady asked if he could do it and he said yeah. The he asked "sliced or chopped " and I said sliced. Well I was unpleasantly surprised to find dry chunk brisket. We probably trashed half. There were so many dry old pieces. So maybe if you stick to the sandwich it's better. As far as the Mac n cheese it was very good, and pulled my score up to a 3.
