1st Street location, I've orderd extra-crispy 4-pc meal twice two weeks apart and both times the chicken was NOT extra-crispy... The chicken was not hot. It was soggy, greasy with dripping oil, with the spices and flavoring intermitten, the breading is thin or not even covering on some parts of the breast pc. Some parts of these chicken pcs do have not flavor like the spices are not present or evenly mixed. It's the worst. TERRIBLE!

This is one of best KFC in service side, they really kind and friendly. Unfortunately we askes for ketchup to enjoy our meals, they are said no ketchup, how come?

Thursday January 18th, 2024, I stopped to get a bite to eat, noticed that it was about 9:45 pm. Doors read they closed at 10 PM., why were the doors locked? I don’t know, but when I approached, I noticed that there was a gentleman sweeping in the food prep area. He seen me walking up. I knocked on the door and he ignored me , couldn’t even give a gesture. Now my question is that if the store owner or store manager has particular hours of business, do the employees have the discretion to change the hours of business in their absence? If so, why just not post that on the door instead of misleading customers of your hours of operation. I drive so I work long hours and don’t always have the opportunity to have a good meal and when this happens the franchise loses a customer, it may not be a big deal but overtime customers begin to pay attention. If you want to have your doors locked at 9:45 PM then maybe you should close at 9:30 PM. !! Then I could make more anticipated choices.

The service was non existent because I showed up at 9:30 pm and asked for an order of fries and was told that because it was a slow day they were not taking any more orders for the night. They said the owner in Amarillo authorizes for them to close early when they want to. What's the purpose of having hours of operation of you are going to close early? Every time I come to this place they give terrible service. This was the last time. Do not go here!

The crew on staff at the moment have excellent customer service. Me and my husband are super shocked since the last time we came not so nice. Make sure you keep them!! Monday December 4th 1:42 pm. Food came out fast and hot and fresh.

6:30 PM Wednesday dinner time, drive thru wait was about 20 minutes but I believe the chicken fried steak meal for 4.99 was worth it

We got there, long line. Ordered food. There were several people waiting on their food. No med lids for cups. No Brisk Raspberry tea. The lady in front of me waited 30 minutes for their order and another lady before her the same. They rush to get the drive tru orders made but everyone else has to wait. Spoke to the manager… he said it was not his fault that they are busy. I got a refund and left. Will never return to this store again!

Went through drive-thru. Made special order, was charged extra for special order. Got home and of course order was wrong. Took it back because I had to pay extra for this order, otherwise wouldn't have gone back. No apology for messing up order. Felt like they had a "their mistake, my problem" attitude. Food definitely not worth the hassle.
