EXTREMELY SLOW service!! It is truly ridiculous how long you have to wait for food, even when it's dead inside. This is not just a one time thing either, it's like this everytime.

Sloooooow service. If you want to go through the drive thru, but see two or three cars ahead of you, skip it and go to a different restaurant, or you will be sitting there for 30-40 minutes, guaranteed. The food is usually pretty decent, but the service is deplorable. I do have to say that I've never had an issue with the staff because they have all been very kind or friendly. It's the slow service that is the usual problem. The building also could use some tlc as it is pretty run down.

Reviewed location and gave four star rating a year ago. What a difference a year makes. Went in today. This place is absolutely filthy. Food was edible, but just barely. Waited 57 minutes to get food from time we walked in until order was received. This place is terrible. Hope they turn it around before they go under.

They were out of just about everything, no French fries, no green beans, and no chicken. Don’t remember what else. Asked for sweet tea, said they have stopped making that as well. Then when I asked for the crumble pieces with my fish, I was informed they stop doing those as well. Either they need a new manager or replace the one they have with someone that wants a job. Very disappointing, always one of our favorite places to visit. Slowly going to crap.

Closing your dining room with 4 employees inside, a drive thru backed up to the highway, and one mopping. Please do ruin our last Long Johns in the area. Do better.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I do not recommend at all the food was gummy and greasy the sodas was flat! It was disgusting and now my boyfriend has food poisoning from there from the shrimp he ate. SMH this place used to be a good place to eat.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice. Both times I waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru with a max of 4 people in front of me. I’m writing this review in line, if I wasn’t so determined to get my cheesecake I would’ve left 20 minutes ago. I can’t think of anything that would take this long and I am in awe of how awful the service is. If you value your time even a little bit more than a hush puppy you’ll avoid this place

Missing side, coleslaw was half gone, food wasn't that
Ordered and sat in the drive thru, watched a customer in front of me leave cuz they got tired of waiting n I gather that bcuz I sat ther for 15 minutes with only one vehicle in front of me at the drive thru window so we left too. I also tried to call from the drive thru and got no answer. We will find another location besides this one if there is another one here bcuz I refuse to sit in a drive thru that long n it wudv been longer if we stayed. Get it together n speed up customer service.

My husband door dashed our SIMPLE order of 2- of the 2 piece chicken meals one with cole slaw, one with fries and both with Pepsi to drink. We FINALLY receive our order and they BOTH have fries. NO COLE SLAW. The receipt was correct. The order was NOT! I tried several times to call the establishment. NO ANSWER!!! Highly disappointing! Do better!!
