Los Arcos is my favorite Mexican restaurant the people are always friendly especially Virginia service is good and the food is good. My favorites are the chicken fajitas and chicken tostadas!

They were busy but nice. I ask to have some onions and a little sauce extra on my enchilada because the last time i was there it was dry and no onions. The beans were to runny. The enchilada came out dry so i ask for a little extra sauce. I was not informed of extra charges for onions or sauce. I could have changed my order. Disappointed to say the least. I don't plan on going back.

I have tried a few times since they reopened after the fire. And it's just never been the same, the service is down right rude and horrible, no one is forcing you to be there don't wanna work there don't be there. The food is tolerable at best so disappointed they just can't get back or even close for that matter. Won't be giving anymore chances.

The food was really bland visually dull but edible service was good employees are very friendly prices are ok atmosphere was good , so basically just need to dress the plates a little and maybe just a pinch of more spices for flavor but not too much. Hope this helps ??

If I'm being completely honest.. this was second time I went and it was same as first . Meat was chewy and hard shrimp was hard and not very flavorful and the chicken was also not very good.. BTW we had shrimp chicken and steak fajitas it was a mix.. the waiter offered more water but never came back except when the meal was over.. I mean $75 for 5 people is a good price .. they just need to learn to not overcook meats.. I did give it a second chance just should have known better.. first time I went they claimed chip shortage so they would not give 2nds on chips.. I'll stick with EL CHICO..

Me and my youngest daughter went to Los Arcos tonight. I haven't been there in a few years mainly because I don't get to that side of town too much. The service and food were wonderful. The host/cashier, Jerry, was so sweet. He chatted with us and was so friendly. My daughter even enjoyed visiting with him. I ended up getting my oldest daughter a to-go meal along with our 2 meals and appetizer. $48 was my total. I was pleasantly surprised considering the amount of food we got in the meals. I didn't take pictures but next time i will. We will be going back.
Food was absolutely incredible! Rich authentic plates and piping hot!Service a tad slow as we never got any refills. But everyone was nice and most importantly, the food was delicious!

The service was fine. The taco salad and quesadillas were okay. The salsa is runny and a bit hot for my taste. Parties of more than four people cannot sit together. Two visits were enough for me. I won't be back. There are so many better options available in town.
