I recently moved here and was so excited to try this new paleteria. Their drinks exceed my expectations! They were AMAZING! But that doesn't mean everyone is super nice here, no. All but one. She was extremely rude to me as a new customer, the whole time she was giving me the rudest stares and talked to me in the most diminishing tone. To top it all off, she gave me all ice in my drink! I thought she did it to my friend too but as it turned out she hadn't given him all ice. Now, this first encounter wasn't the first or last, I have continued to come here because their drinks are quite delicious and wanted to give them another chance! But it really disappointed me to have to deal with such rude service! Everyone else is lovely! This lady needs to really work on her customer service, because I know all I've been is nice to her. I'm very disappointed of this adorable and establishment for still employing a woman this rude!

Large portions, great prices! You can even bring in your own proffered chips to be topped with cheese etc.. friendly customer service, clean shop and refreshing place to hang out any day. Fruit cups, ice cream and authentic flavored water (horchata and lemonade were delicious.

Fantastic ice cream! Much more affordable than Coldstone and the Ice cream is great. My 4yr old daughter go on Father Daughter dates for ice cream and I think this place won us over.
