I've never had such a bad experience that it prompted me to leave a review.When picking up my order, I asked if everything was in the bag. I was told yes, they checked.My pickup order was missing 3 items, soggy bread/chips, and brown avacodo-that went to the trash.Overall, nasty food for $63.When calling the restaurant over the order, I encountered the amazing customer service from Nate when he hung up on me rather than resolving the issue.Don't waste your money here. There are great places to eat in Abilene with excellent customer service, edible food, and the ability to complete an order correctly.

we’ve given this location several chances, they were only good the very first time we went. today they forgot the steamed broccoli so we ran inside to grab it. when we got home and i unwrapped the soup, they gave me broccoli cheddar instead of potato. the order was just a cold sandwich and the bowl of soup, which should be the easiest thing to get right. do yourself a favor and go to the one on the other side of town.

Terrible. Took them an hour to put together a cup of premade soup and half a sandwich. Any positive review here must be from friends and family of the manager because I can not think of any good things to say about this location.
