it is kind of like Walmart self service check out except Walmart does it better. No one is at the counter to take your order so you must use the kiosk to place your own order. Two times now I have placed a specific salad order, at the pick up window it was done incorrectly. The first time they remade it no problem. This time I received a lecture as to how "on their end" the order was done correctly. When I assured her "on my end" I entered the order correctly she said the manager said they would just have to toss it and lose money and they will not remake it. I will not return because paying $13 for a salad that I cannot eat and being treated like I was employee when I am A CUSTOMER

There was confusion about a chicken salad sandwich and chicken salad. They fixed it without hassle so I had a good experience today; the two older ladies really delivered quality customer service. Let’s hope the trend keeps going.

Went thru the drive thru just now. Ordered an orange scone and a regular hazelnut latte. Was told they couldn’t make a hazelnut latte. Ok, I’ll just take the orange scone. She said that will be $4.54(!!!!). We pulled up to window, sat there over 5 minutes. No one came to get money and no scone. Forget it. How long does it take to put a scone in a bag?

Pretty odd for a Panera bread to be out of bread.. always such a long wait sitting at the drive through speaker before anyone acknowledges you, IF they do acknowledge you, even if there’s no one else in line or in the store. Always chaotic at the window not knowing what you order. Will likely get your order wrong.

Tomato soup and grilled cheese were excellent. The strawberry lemonade was wonderful. I love the frappes and chocolate croissants too!

You had to order from a kiosk and they were out of just about everything. They told you to put your name in but if you paid with a card they didn't use it! They had no crackers for the soup. It was awful!

Wow I can't believe the reviews, Please fix, Well I'm glad when we went the service was good and staff was in a good mood the sandwich combo was good and tasty,I do agree the food is pricey, and the drive thru can be a little faster but other than that hope my next experience be a good one to.
Good food, but WAY too expensive for what you get. My wife and I went the other day and had a $50 gift card. We each got a "choose two" and one other item and two drinks. We had 79 cents left on the card!
Love my pecan bread. But the hot tea. The water is not hot!

I’ve eaten here a few times, each time has been underwhelming and the service is subpar. The last time I was here, though, was to pick up a delivery order. One guy, one girl in the kitchen, who was running around doing everything by herself. Took 30 minutes just to get a delivery order. If you’re thinking of going here, save yourself the time and go somewhere next door. Prices are outrageous, not to mention how poorly the employees are clearly treated.
