I placed an order for pick-up and was denied my food upon pick-up. The manager at the time said she couldn't give my food because she would get in trouble with UE, seeing as though it didn't come up as a pick-up on their end. I provided my information detailing the order, and the excuses went from one thing to another anything to justify why I couldn't get my food. UE has done nothing to rectify the situation. They simply wanted the food obviously ? Bums after being there and witnessing how nasty the environment was along with this woman's attitude I was no longer interested in eating from the establishment and would've been pleased with a refund. This place is disgusting, and the attitude of the manager was absolutely disgusting. They have zombies working under bitter management. No gloves, dirty floors, and counters, with the cooks eating as they prepare the foods. Disgusting! These people are employed, so they should be able to order the foods they desire instead of making excuses to hold on to customers' orders. I pray this woman gets some love and healing in her life because the attitude was terrible as if she wanted conflict, but she was alone in her nastiness.

The service was fast and the lady was professional. But as I stood there for only a brief minute, all I saw was violations. No one was wearing hair nets, noone was wearing gloves and just absolutely disturbing watching them cook everyone's food. The lady that was doing with the dough, no gloves and messing with her noise and other surfaces and getting right back to the dough they serve everyone. The manager on duty was Chris and he was up in front watching this all go on enforcing nothing. But he did give a refund and when asked what was wrong with it I flat out told him, "I'm watching y'all make the pizzas right now and honestly I can't eat this."

My service was amazing! But i do have complaints! I walked into the n1st location to some positive energy. As the phones are ringing and orders filled the screen, this location was being manned by ONE person! This sweet girl, Chloe, was rotating through every position! ALONE. As she flipped dough, she gave a gentalmen instructions as to how to apply online who walked in for an application! As a member from previous food service, to a manager in retail, to see this young women operate a whole kitchen meant for atleast a team of 8, is astonishing!. I really hope this girl gets paid for the work of 8 people. Cashier, prep, cook, receptionist, ext. This girl is texas strong!!! Recognize her!

I placed an online order 15 minutes before 12 and walked out of the store at 12:21. I think waiting almost 40 minutes for a pizza is absolutely ridiculous. Wasted my break. The lady at the counter was on her phone and listening to music on the job which I find as unsanitary. I wanted my ranch to be included due to the wait time. Worker then shoves pizza towards me and walks away from me. I wanted to pay for my meal. Just disappointed in the customer service.

After a disappointing pizza about a month ago from this location, I thought I would give them a try one more time. I ordered a large five item pizza. When I got it home, there was four pieces of pepperoni on it. Three of them are all on one piece, I could barely see any of the mushrooms or black olives or onions on the pizza. It was thrown together, so haphazardly that most of the pizza had nothing on it other than cheese and sauce . How hard is it to take a little pride and space out the ingredients?

Because PaPa Johns doesn't deliver to my part of town, I look forward to picking up a pizza once in a great while. I guess I won't do that again. The last pizza didn't taste anything like the PaPa's I was used to. The ingredients tasted poor and pizza tasted like something that was made in a dirty oven. Not good. ????

Hey I have to say it's a lot of work to find a good place to eat at now adays I have been eating here at Papa John's pizza for years and I can honestly say it is the best pizza in Texas trust me on that and the owner and staff are really nice people who have a great pie making business I will be there in about 1 hour and I will pay for four pizzas If you can get the Clue to Joe before I get there so I know where you are you have to write your answer on a plane white piece of paper that I will be able to read and give it to the owner Joe here we go if I am interested in a break from my drinking and night Life but can't do it alone and would like to get sober up from my addiction I have a good place for you to get help with it is just about a block away from Joe's pizza and there is a great hamburger joint across from the sober living resort what is the name of the sober living place?
