Good pizza, in my opinion, is really hard to find in Abilene. There are two other pizza places besides Pizza Hut that I get pizza from. We frequently choose Pizza Hut because their pizza is always ready on time and the taste is delicious.Parking: The lot is large enough to where there is always parking available.

I ordered pizza for delivery and waited for over an hour. I called to ask about my order and they would not answer my phone call. I left a voice mail and they did not return my call. My mom called off her phone and they answered. I asked about my order and they told me it would not be ready until 8:10pm. I informed them I placed my order at 6:33pm and that I have already waited over an hour. They then informed me I placed the order for carryout, but I stated even so my food should already be done and they have not even started. He was very rude overall and basically told me I would have to wait 2 and 1/2 hours to get my food.

I made a purchase on November 4th but selected take out instead if delivery. When I realized my mistake, I called and was told I had to make a separate order for delivery and they will have to refund me for the first order. I have been calling for the 2 weeks as the refund has not been processed as yet. I have left messages but to no avail. Whenever I get through to someone it's from the call center and they just transfer me back to the voice-mail. This is unacceptable business practice & I need my 35.20.Update - went to the store and refund was processed and received.

We ordered Door Dash Pizza Hut on Friday fromPizza Hut on Hospital Drive and this is how it came. Look how one side it completely charred.I don’t like to be a so called “Karen” but we obviously couldn’t eat that. I called and got an answering service TWiCE and messages. We were hungry and figured they would call us back and fix it. We NEVER got a cq or chance to speak to a person.Called again today and were told to call Door Dash amd take it up with them. THEY DIDN’ T PREPARE the pizza or box it.

Ordered 3 pizzas, took over an hour and 2 were the WRONG pizzas! Then we couldn’t even call them to report the problem because they DONT’T ANSWER their PHONE!!!!!!!!!’ We called more than 50 times and finally had to drive down to the store to get the damn pizzas. We will NEVER call Pizza Hut again!!!

I just picked up this XL Big New Yorker, and I was shocked when I opened the box, and it's burnt. I'm in my feelings, and I'm tired and don't feel like calling to complain. So I decided to post this review because they knew when they handed it to me, it was burnt. Thinking back, maybe that's why they no longer show the pizza to you upon pickup. Well, my teenage son is going to eat it regardless of the look, that's why two slices are already gone. ? Thank God it's Friday
