Doors lockedDrive thru microphone not working. Cashier at window couldn't count $$ . Said I shorted him $10 asked him to recount and he just smiled????? Had to tell him how much he owed ME back. This was 12:25 on a Sunday no others customers and he said it would be a "little while"Whoever owns this franchise needs to clean house!

Don't order through UberEats. Wrong sandwich, missing food and they will not answer the phone. I think maybe the Uber driver ate my apple pie. Plus the restaurant doesn't seal the bag.

Customer service is horrible. Only car in drive thru. Waited 30 min for food. 3 combo meals. Was asked to pull up and waited just to receive 1 out of 3 meals. Pulled back around to go inside and ask for the other 2 orders which were 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp and 2 tender meals. Upon receiving them there were 3-4 popcorn shrimps in each box, 2 tenders and no side which were supposed to be fries. Management/ownership needs to get ahold of this restaurant. 2 employees were just sitting in dining area while a cook and 1 counter worker which obviously had no clue what was going on were working. The other 2 just socializing in dining area. I could have spent $48 for a better meal elsewhere.

If you dont mind waiting 45min in the drive thru...their speakers at the ordering screen do not work BUT you'll only know this after sitting and waiting for 20min. Not even a sign to notify the public of the inconvenience. For whatever the reason there is never enough employees to work the store. Aside from that the food is great. Best fried chicken in town.

Have gone twice in the past month. 1st time I waited about 5 minutes at the order screen for drive thru, then went to window, cook went hiding instead of getting someone. Drove around the building saw someone messing with the TV, got back to the window after following another car thankfully got food and it was good. Second time we got to the order screen (drive thru again) they at least told us to go to the window to order (don't know why). After about 10min we finally made it to window. Ordered 2 #1's spicy and 2 apple pies. Granted I didn't look at the receipt at first we get our food and what do we not have?!? The apple pies, looked at the receipt and no charge, go figure. Guys please get your stuff fixed and people who listen and care about the customers!!!

Use to be my favorite place to go to get my chicken but not anymore.they always take forever no matter how long or short the line is.they always miss up my order. No one who works there no there dark meat from there white. And it's every time !!!!!!!!! So f Popeyes !!!!!! I don't have the time !!!!!!

I just wanted to leave a positive review for Popeyes here in town. On Ambler. I've noticed lately they have been short staffed and the staff that they do have are working so hard and you can tell they are trying their absolute best with what they have. Tonight I got off late and went to get dinner and the speaker on the drive thru wasn't working so I pulled up to the window, I had to wait so I didn't mind, I told them I think your speaker is broken and the young man working apologized and confirmed it isn't working. He took my order, and looked me in the eye the whole time, while remembering what I asked for. He put it in and I paid. He then came to the window and said it would take a little for the sandwhich bc they needed to make a fresh one. So I offered to pull forward so the person behind me could order. And he thanked me for that too. Looking in you could tell there was only 2 or 3 people working even and there is at least 3 cars behind me. I just wanted to give them the recognition they deserve. The boy who helped me was Vincent so if your his mom or friend tell him he did a great job! I'll leave a review on Google or Yelp also hopefully a manager will see and give them some praise.

They are the slowest place in town. Don't go to this one if your in a hurry. Sat in drive through for 30 minutes. 10 minutes of that was waiting at the speaker to take my order. Never had a good experience at the ambler location.

Ordered a drive through order at this location. First of all, had to shout at the top of my lungs out my window because their microphone apparently doesn’t work. There was one car in front of me but their order took 15 minutes of them sitting at the window to come out, and my order took an additional 20 to be handed to me. As evidenced by the numerous number of staff visible through the drive thru window it was definitely not a staffing issue. There was no apology offered for the wait. Definitely will not be going to this location again due to the incredibly poor service.

Placed a mobile order at 6. Got to the drive-thru line at 6:10. Three cars including myself made it through the line in 45 min. Got to the window as was told to pull forward and they would bring it out. Waited 10 min and then went inside. Asked for a refund and the manager argued with me and several other customers who were having problems. Manager said he would refund my money and give food for free. Still doesn't excuse the complete lack of professionalism. Never coming back.

Went threw drive threw and order my husband lunch I went and dropped it off at his work, NO I DIDNT CHECK THE BAGS!! then he called me later said why did I order so much food 14 fried chicken and a lot of tenders?? He said I ordered two tenders and shrimp!! This wasn’t his ordered!! He was very Embarrassed at work!!

Never got our qpple pie. Paid $8.66 for 6 to 8 micro mini pieces of popcorn shrimp. Tried calling back twice and Noone answered. Contesting charges with my bank.?...as my 4 yr old would say, minus 5 stars.
