Terrible service! Waited over 30 minutes foe our order. The cook in the back was putting his hands in the food & eating it. Manger on duty had no clue on how to keep the crew to do their job. They were yelling while customers were in the store. Made double orders of a ton of orders & had a ton of ppl walk out. Will never return!

Love that chicken from Popeye's....but good luck getting it. They are so understaffed that you will sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes and never be acknowledged. If you are, they're probably out of whatever you wanted. Try going inside instead, but it's not any faster and half the time the door is locked.So yeah, I usually give up and go somewhere else. Which is sad cause their chicken sandwich is amazing.

It's a Popeyes. Nice n clean. Their famous chicken sandwich is just as awesome here as it is at other Popeyes. I always do the spicy version. Excellent fries as well. I will order from here many times. Service is good.

I ordered and it took 31 minutes to get my order. Total chaos behind the counter. That manager should go back to McDonald's in Clyde. The young man that took my order only had one speed, slow motion. Lots of people were waiting for their orders, it was terrible. I was late for work.

Arrived and placed my order at 10:31 this morning. I was told it would be about seven minutes. at 10:45. I walked to the counter. There is a box sitting out with my three tenders and fries in it. when someone notices me they finally add the biscuit, and the extra biscuit. so all in all it took 16 minutes to get my order. by then my fries were cold and soggy. chicken was cold. although the wait stuff was friendly, I was not impressed with the service. There was even a manager in the lobby working on paperwork who didn’t seem too concerned about how slow they were at serving customers.
I placed an order online, called with questions first, was hung up on initially. Got here and nobody answered at the drive thru and when I pulled up the manager lady was rude as hell. I'm disabled so I couldn't just get out and go in. I still waited for the food that should have been ready for my arrival. She made it out as if I was wrong for being upset. Just rude and ableist!!!

Ordered at 1pm inside. Had 2 people spread waiting in dining room. Saw at least 10 cars go thru drive thru, still no food for anyone inside. Kept being told almost ready just a few more minutes and the lady at front counter just kept bragging about being made manager after only 2 days. Well I got news for her, a real manager doesn't stand at front counter looking pretty, while ur staff is working their butt off!! Finally at 1:45 the gut taking drive thru orders out ask me what I ordered, told him and 24 piece nugget order magically appeared. Popeyes new slogan should bePOPEYES, BETTER THAN WEIGHT WATCHERS, LOOSE WEIGHT WHILE YOU WAIT

Ordered online at 4pm, went to pick it up through the drive thru at 4:15 and nobody was at the speaker OR the drive through window, waited for a few mins, then honked and still saw nobody inside. Finally had to go inside and someone eventually came out and said only 3 people were working. Manager needs to hire more people or be there with the people working. It took until 4:45 to get a sandwich with 2 sides and a 12 piece wings with a side and drink AND they almost forgot one of my sides and I had to go back and knock on the door for someone to answer so I could get it. That's ridiculous! Should have comped our order or given us a free meal or something for making us wait 45 mins for 2 small meals.Edit: the wings weren't even the right flavors
