Staff don’t greet you or acknowledge you. I walked inside since the drive thru was busy and it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them by being there and I happily walked right out to take my business elsewhere.

I’ve never had staff not acknowledge me when I say thank you and they roll their eyes. She came to carry out my water and load it and was completely inconvenienced. I kept thinking it would improve each time I come but it only gets worse. Today was my last visit.

Staff acts like you are a total inconvenience, whether I’m there for 1 minute getting a tea or 15 minutes to fill up my jugs… will not return.There are plenty of local businesses that will appreciate your business!!!

First time coming here, just moved back to my roots from San Antonio. I like supporting local businesses so thought I'd give it a shot. My sunset peach tea tastes great. However the women at the window could do a way better job. No greet, and hardly any customer service. Look like she'd rather die then work there. I've been in customer service for years, trust me a friendly smile and nice voice goes a long long ways. Being kind doesn't cost a thing. You could break or make a business when it comes to customer service no matter how good your product is. Hope this helps your attitude and hope it helps the owner as well. Hugs!Have a great day.

Pure Water is definitely a fav! Friendly staff, selection is great, and the service is fast! Try the Sweet Mint or the Kingsbury - solid picks!!! The variety is amazing. Highly recommend!
