The food quality was to be expected, however customer service was incredibly poor. They had forgotten half of my order, and when I corrected it they were not kind about giving me the rest of it, and gave attitude. All in all a good experience, other than the horrible customer service received.

Love this place!! This was my 2nd visit to this location and both times I was blown away. The customer service is outstanding. We had a decent size group tonight and we were all able to sit comfortably, all able to laugh and be ourselves in such a welcoming atmosphere!! 1026 Judge Ely restaurant was filthy... all tables on the left side of the decorative area were dirty, the bathroom was horrible. Made me think the food might be nasty as well

We are from out of town. The service was great at the register. Elsa F. the cashier asked if I was military and if I had any questions on the food I was ordering. Once we received our food the flavor of the fajita burrito was outstanding. The chicken tacos were nice and moist and the home made flour tortillas were great. Overall a great friendly atmosphere.
We love eating here! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-between-meal snacks, etc... Whatever the reason/need ? Rosa's is always a good choice ? Love us some enchiladas, tortillas & queso, and chicken fajita tacos with queso... YUM! Now I'm hungry ???Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly/family-friendly! There is NO PLAY AREA but they have a patio, out front, you can sit on (in nice weather) and let the kids be outside and run around a little. It's enclosed from the parking lot.But also large tables for groups and families and high chairs and booster seats to accommodate seating for young children.
