This review is for the gas station at Sam's. Traffic flow is horrendous!! It's chaotic! There are directional arrows clearly marked yet constantly ignored and never enforced. When I questioned the attendant he told me they are not allowed to enforce it per their manager. He also mentioned the manager told the attendants to just "let the customers duke it out." Really Sam's? That's your solution to this chaotic mess at your pumps? Do better! Costco has obviously surpassed you in customer service!

I ran out of fuel in the Sam's parking lot, far from the fuel pumps. I went inside and figured if anyone would know how to help me, it would be the tire guys. The guy at the tire desk was super nice and called someone to help. A guy named Jared (pretty sure he was management based on how nicely he was dressed) came to my aid. He grabbed a Jerry can and siphon and came out to my car and put enough fuel in it to get me to the fuel pump. He was super helpful! He had to tell me that it was him personally helping me, not Sam's, for liability purposes, I'm sure. But I can't rave enough on how awesome he was! He was so helpful, especially in 104° temperatures. The man deserves some kind of accolades and recognition! He wouldn't let me pay him, so I hope Sam's will take notice of this incredible employee!

It's a Sam's club. You already know what it is and what they offer. They have a very helpful and friendly staff, clean store with a great selection. Really couldn't ask for more in a Sam's club.

We always find so many goodies at Sam's Club. We enjoy finding "new to us" foods that we have been wanting to try here! Also we save money by buying in bulk. The staff in this store is always happily accommodating. And we always buy a pecan pie!! Don't leave Sam's Club without it.!.!

Ever since they moved several years ago, now, I stopped going due to the difficulty getting in on the road system where they moved. It is daunting finding just the right exit and getting into the parking lot without getting side-swiped by another vehicle. I really enjoyed the old store but ended my membership once they moved. Not sure what the thinking was but the old store was fine. Since I live in Sweetwater the distance has increased too and it just is no longer worth the drive. I might consider joining and shopping again if they would build closer or a Costco would open near my home. The thrill of shopping at Sam's is outweighed by all the inconvenience. Like I said, I never understood the need to move. Just a weird waste of money in my mind.

I've been using Sam's since they came to Abilene! This is a great business and has only grown bigger because of their great business practices and giving back to the community. Great sales and awesome specials! Friendly employees that are so helpful!!! I love going to Sam's except I find so many excellent specials and just their regular prices are awesome! And don't forget their gasoline prices!

The tire department at this location is an abomination. I had an appointment to install 4 new tires. It has been three hours and I still don't have my tires installed. They are either woefully understaffed or incredibly incompetent. I am unsure of which st this time. I have bought hundreds of tires over my lifetime and have never had such a poor experience. I will pay more to go somewhere else next time. This has cured me.
