Very poor service took way too long for two original sandwiches with no one in the line. Y’all seriously need to get it together!!!! The sandwiches were also made very sloppy I’m so dissatisfied with how the sandwiches were put together, how do y’all forget what I ordered on my sandwich smh!!!

Food was awful. Paid nearly 25 for a large sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Soup was okay. Sandwich was terrible. Zero flavor and it seems like they are buying cheaper deli meat. Not to mention, the bread, which is the best part of Schlotzsky’s, was terrible. People want the bread toasted and slightly crispy. Brings out the flavor. Instead, mine was pure white and gross. Didn’t get toasted at all. Wont be back. Service was good but that’s not enough at all

Very clean lobby and bathroom. Food was delicious. They went out of their way to accommodate my daughter's dairy allergy as well by switching from a grilled cheese sandwich to a ham sandwich for her. Highly recommend. 5/5 stars. Thank you!

August 30 purchase $42.08. Two of the three sandwiches were not made correctly called the store said we’d get a refund two weeks later called the store said they would do the refund still to this day. No refund go figure.

My wife and I came in 45 minutes to close and we each ordered a Turkey Bacon Club.The staff was friendly and attentive. Food was ready and hot within 5 minutes of ordering. Very pleased with the service we received so close to closing time.

It is good. Little on the pricey side for a deli style sandwich. But......no one else makes anything that tastes like theirs. The medium original is always a good option. The sour cream chips are the best!
Went on a Saturday evening with the wife and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The turkey sandwich and pepperoni pizza were both made hot and fresh. Great experience

It's the most outrageously expensive place I've ever ate, I could have had a ribeye steak with all the trimmings at a steak house for what 1 tiny little sandwich cost,... unbelievable, I won't be back there ever again, that was ridiculous.

I visited from Austin for a quick visit to Abilene. I wanted to eat something fresh to cool off from the heat. I ordered an avocado chicken salad and drink. Cashier was not welcoming but that's okay, got my cup headed to the soda machine and all around the dispenser was sooo dirty. I continued to get my drink and sat down. Received my salad. I had asked for no bacon...bacon eas all over the place. Okay, I removed it, stared to eat, chicken was so cold, it felt almost frozen - I know wanted to cool off but c'mon. So I continued to my second bite and I noticed the lettuce was so wilted. I moved from the bottom to the top of my plate and there was darkness streaks from the bad lettuce. I immediately stopped eating. Got up and left the facility. Did I complained? No, the service the food and the place was dirty and just not what I expected from a Schlotzsky's place!

Needs a deep cleaning. Maybe I should have checked the last health inspection reports online before coming back here. Spent $40 on food and the bread had a dirty taste to it like the surfaces had not been cleaned in forever. ? Waste of money and won’t be back for awhile.
