Carhops always friendly and hard working but app hasn't worked in a week, which kills 1/2 price, and card readers at stations are down as well. No point in having app when can't use it or cash in rewards.

All the staff was great. Wait time is about average for Abilene locations.My main complaint about this specific location is if I spend $4 on a sundae, it would be nice for it to be more than half filled. My order today didn't even fill half the cup including toppings

Google shows them open at 6 am. Every Sonic in Abilene EXCEPT Barrow (7 am) shows 6 am. I placed an order through the app, went to pick it up, and CLOSED! I called at 7 to see about a refund which they were already talking about. I then advised that they should really update Google. She said she would talk to her partner and before I could even say thank you, shu hung up on me. I don't normally have bad things to say about the Judge Ely location but the rudeness this morning was not necessary. All my responses are based on what would have been

Been sitting at the stall for 15 min. Lady with headset is out getting cc for payments and deliveries. Movement of carhops is slower than the a turtle. Finally ask a cargo to see if my stall wks and he says, "we are slow and everyone can take orders." Well the lady's headset was dead and only she can take orders....whatttt?!? Sonic is know for fast service this is why it is designed the way it is.

Absolutely appalling to be sitting here enjoy our ice cream to watch not one but three employees vape inside and outside the building.
first of all as a former employee of this cockroach infested hell hole, id say the service is really poor they have no consideration for others they dont even care except for the people they hold favors for, this place is falling apart!! the management dont get me started, its pathetic iv worked in professional restaurants for going on 7 years and iv seen alot. but this place has no boundaries for its employees and apparently no respect for the people that bust there tails trying to make a living. it is just shameful im mean its just called being a decent human being. if you have kids looking at working here i wouldn't bother unless you got money for therapy... the heath inspector is defiantly around the corner

I go to sonic pretty often and if i go there 10 times only 2 of those orders will be right. I usually go during happy hour, but on the rare occasion i don't go during happy hour its decent. They never give me the cream cheese icing with my cinnasnack and they keep trying to give me a lot of ice. ?
