Caramel Macchiato was the worst I’ve had at a Starbucks, tasting like milk with artificial coffee flavoring. Drive thru took 20 minutes to get through with only 3 cars in front of me and light traffic inside. I hate to give bad reviews, but this one is warranted. I hope they can improve.

Waited inside 20mins for a my order and it wasnt so busy only 2 customers were inside and 2 cars outside for drive thru. I left without my drink because I was running out of time for work. Baristas were so busy talking at one another while they could at least finish my order. It was the most bad experience of my life at this starbucks location…..

It's a good Starbucks. The drinks are as good as they should be worldwide. I often get the Venti mocha frap extra espresso shot and no whip. Always good. The staff is friendly and like to recommend things. The food is good and the place is clean and tidy.

Had a few minutes to spare this morning but the drive through was to the street. Went inside and ended up waiting 15 minutes to get my iced coffee. Horrible customer service at this store. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction.
