Prices are out of control. 24oz cold brew with soy and flavor is $6.12 at the actual Starbucks (which is too high, already). Here, it's $7.20. I'll never go back to either now that prices are this absurd.

Giving a 3 star bc the workers were amazing and I know they are only following company protocol. However, when you pay 6$ or more for a mid afternoon pick me up and the espresso is so burnt you can't even stand to smell it it's highly disappointing! And of course it was so hot I didn't take my first sip til after I left. Starbucks please make the ratio of espresso to water the same all the way around.

Most mornings I come in as a whole feral unit, lol. but the baristas/staff here have come to know me and are always warm and friendly. I even get inspirational messages time to time! ❤️

To-go, app orders here at this location need some drastic work. No other location here has this problem. I shouldn't have to wait 15 mins to go pick up one drink to an empty Starbucks with no cars and still wait another 10 mins inside? That's wild to me, especially for the amount of money I spend here monthly. The coffee ain't even hitting like it used to be either. Mid coffee/horrible service, definitely taking a break from here for awhile and supporting the local shops.

I have come to the Starbucks on Buffalo gap for over 5 years. They are the friendliest workers I have ever met. They are always very busy but always friendly and you never have to wait long to have a drink in your hand

Excellent location. The GM - Monica - has been with the company for 8+ years and is one of the best loved managers with the employees and it shows in the attentive and spot on service. My favorite location in Abilene!

I was a little short on my coffee and the wonderful worker Lucy was nice enough to cover it. While I was trying to handle my very impatient toddler. She had such a patient attitude and I definitely will come back more just because of her.

Going into a business that has a flag posted that's anti God is no longer a business that I will support. Try hanging the Stars and Stripes flag!
Just went to Starbucks and finished my drink to see some kind of BACTERIAL CELL STRUCTURES at the bottom of my cup & A PIECE OF HAIR I’m actually disgusted!! ???? (I got a Grande iced coffee, no classic, with two pumps of white mocha and four pumps of vanilla. Added vanilla sweet cream foam and extra caramel drizzle!!) So I have no idea if all of that was already in the cup when they put my drink in there, or whether it was in one or multiple of the ingredients I got!! I figure it’s in one of the ingredients so bewareeee because something isn’t right! ??

This location has been out of cold brew for the last 4 weeks this is a common occurrence. There is a 30% chance they have nitro at any given time. Also they are horrible about relaying this info to the app and always allow my preorder but never have it upon arrival.
