Tried 4 locations. This one they're rude. Never say thank you, even when you do. Kinda rude. Always late with online orders. Got there at the time scheduled tonight, no customers, three employees, hadn't even started it. Just lazy or don't care I guess.

Going down hill! ? the last 4 times I've gone we can't eat the bread anymore!! Especially the white bread! You can't Bite into them, it's too hard worse than toast or too chewy worse than a bagel! Very dissapointed and dissatisfied. It use to be soft bread, Hope they go back to the old bread or stop over baking/cooking it!!!??♀️??♀️

There is no place to give feedback on their app when you use it for delivery. Food is always good, just never what you order. If you can't decide on what to eat this place is good for you since they send you whatever they feel like. Best to go in and not use for delivery.

The app will charge your card without sending your order to the restaurant. The restaurant will tell you to chargeback through your bank if you want the issue resolved.

LUNCH SHIFT IS A JOKE!!!!!!!! How is a restaurant running out of bags to serve their food!!!! The lettuce and pickles especially looked so gross! I finally decide to go during the night shift and there is finally one nice worker there by the name of DJ. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!

Usually have pretty friendly and fast service, on this day (5/25) @ 1130ish that was simply not the case. The place wasn't busy but apparently 3 foot long sandwiches was a bit much for the two making orders. They made two of the sandwiches incorrectly then over charged me for something I didn't order. I was in a rush so no time to wait for the order to be corrected. This place lost a customer due to incompetence (manager/supervisor) was on duty but she was doing is beyond me. Obviously not her job!
