I’m not sure your hiring practices for Subway, but I don’t recall ever dealing with or seeing the worst customer service I witnessed today.Not only was your employee Jordan seemingly in a bad mood, but seemed to display that through his service.Last I checked subway didn’t have a policy in place that lets staff disrespect their customers.So when I heard “you should have told me to put the avocado on before the vegetables “ and act as if this is such a difficult task and display a bad attitude with it, what reason do I have to go back to your store.As many times as I have been to this particular location I have not once felt that disrespected, so much so I was even put into a bad mood.I’ll refrain from visiting this store from now on and go to the Pine st location, the staff their are far friendlier.

They made my sandwich like it was a taco ? all the meat and cheese was on one side and all the veggies were on the other. Had to take it apart and fix it when I got home.

This was a Subway ran the way they should be. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Food was served in a basket, not a bag since we were dining in and included a complimentary cookie.

The 2 men that are usually there do a 5 Star Job with our food. The 2 ladies working today DID NOT want to make our sandwiches. They wouldn't even add the veggies that we asked for, properly. We Loved this Subway but will not go back again.

Waited in like for 45 minutes and still no acknowledgement of being in line or greeted nor were any customers in line informed when we would be able to order. This was around 11am. One cashier on duty, one lobby attendant that said nothing to you, a cook that wouldn't speak either. It was like we were all an inconvenience to them.

I placed my order at 12:12. Over 30 minutes later it's still not ready. I arrived at the store at 12:24 and it was only after about 10 minutes and I complained to the worker Brain that I placed my order 20 minutes ago but people who are just starting their orders now are being made before mine that they finally started working on the order. The whole point of ordering ahead is to skip the line. Who knows how long it would it would have been if I didn't complain that people who walked in the store after me were having their orders started before mine and I placed my order 12 minutes before I walked in the store.

Couldn’t get just a drink because there’s one girl in the entire store during lunch. Clearly terrible management. This girl was backed up to the door with orders, I couldn’t stop her to get a drink which is all I wanted.

We came in to the 2001 S 1st location after the lunch rush and there was still a decent line with only one employee on shift. Violet worked each order in the long line diligently and professionally, all while keeping a smile on her face and in good spirits despite the obvious air of stress. We were overtly grateful and thanked her many times in light of the stress she was likely under, but never seemed to show it. Many places are understaffed and some Subway locations are not staffed at all. As business owners, we understand the extra strain that puts on the remaining employees. She continued to work the line after us while we dined with courteous service despite less-than-patient customers. We informed her that we would be leaving a positive review and we left a tip. As consumers, let us please be patient with those carrying the extra weight. 5 Stars and a job well done, Violet!
