I enjoy a good subway sandwich every now and then and highly recommend this location. It was very clean. The workers, although some are quite young, are very attentive and listen very well. I specifically enjoyed two workers named Jordan and Isaiah. Both very friendly and helpful with my order.

If you mobile order more than 1 sandwich, don’t bother. They’ll just make the same sandwich twice. We ordered two different sandwiches and somehow we ended up getting the same exact sandwich.

Best visit to a Subway ever. I ordered the Bella Mozza ( a new one) The one guy waiting on everybody was extremely courteous and professional yet personable and knew his job well. Smiling and just amazingly good to every customer no matter how rude, loud and obnoxious... he treated everyone with the same patience and respect. Didn't get his name but he did an outstanding job and in a very timely manner.

It’s 8:42 on Tuesday march 7 2023 and it shows online that the subway on north 1st is open till 10pm and go to get food and they are closed if your not open till 10 then change the time online …

It's A very clean place great customer service, but due to management she couldn't even take a 100 dollar bill. We had to go to the bank and break it so we could pay for the meal. This was not her fault get in the ball management. I give her 5 Star's but management get 0 star'sParking: On north 1st st in Abilene Texas, the parking lot needs attending get on the ball no fault of employee again owner/ managementWheelchair accessibility: Great wheelchair accessibility but what good is lot need attending

Overall my experience was good. There was only one worker but he was diligent and worked quickly to get my families food out. We came to have a quick (healthier than fast food) bite to eat in between soccer games thinking it was gonna be nice and cool. It was not. As disappointing it was we stayed and ate. I think owner needs to fix this for the one hard working employee that has to deal with this his entire shift. A couple of other families came in with the same idea to get cool and were also disappointed. One father and son decided to take their food to the car since it was cooler. There was some trash in the lobby from other customers and the coke was out but it's hard to run a whole shop alone. My daughter got the pizza which was nice to have on the menu since she was not wanting a sandwich since she didn't have soccer games. Food was great, service was great but the temperature in the shop was not great.

Friendly place nice people working there. The food is Subway which is good for a sandwich place. I think it's been under remodel since Covid hit but nothing seems to be getting done. Same sign saying excuse our mess has been up for year+ with tables and chairs stacked in the corner.

Too busy with Door Dash to help physical customers. Waited 20 mins to order while I'm watching the door dash order prepared another employee makes my sandwich without saying a word to me! By the time I realized what was going on they already had the veggies and dressing they wanted on it and wrapped it up! I was late for work because it took so long. Had to take it and run or go without lunch. Almost $20 for cold cuts that I did not ask for, I am very displeased and will not return. No way to contact the owners so I posted here. I wanted a refund. Everything is worse post covid.
