This Bueno location is the best of them all. The Crew is always working or cleaning. I attribute it to the management. The manager is always present. Our food has been coming out correctly and GOOD.It's easy to tell that they care on South 14th. I've had good experiences for the past couple of months here. ??

Learn to layer your burritos! Worse than McDonalds on lunch rush! When the cheese misses the broad side of a barn because we have the school of the blind leading the blind! 5 bites of each individual ingredient. Absolutely irritating! Haha! Layers burritos with each ingredient in EVERY bite. Thank you! Have a nice day!

When we came in, not a single person came to the front. We finally just ordered thru the AI! Which I hate!! Unless you give me a discount to do your job, then I want a person to wait on me!! Plus, you can't even order a cup of water on the AI board!The food was ok. Very glad to see the Mexican pizza back. It did look like a 5 yr old put it together!Since the employees are not taking orders, then you would think the place would be very clean and in order. Nope, the dining room was filthy, and we had to bus our own table.

Food is frequently sub par and dry, and that’s when they deign to actually give you the entire order. Spent 30 minutes waiting and they still managed to not give everything. 6 items, 2 drinks, no additions. Apparently too complex. Go to Taco Casa.

If you want to receive terrible service and be completely ignored by the staff this is the place for you. I was here tonight picking up a delivery for a customer and the store was not busy, maybe 2 people eating inside and 1 car in the drive through. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally I saw there was an employee sweeping in the dining room and I asked what it takess to get anyone's attention that working behind the counter. Literally 3 different employees walked past the counter and looked directly at me and just went onwith their cleaning tasks. Terrible workers.
Gave me the whole wrong order and then took 30 minutes and made me feel like a criminal to get an $8 make up order.Update: Drove off after not getting my make up order after 30 MINUTES!

Can you please teach your employees how to roll a burrito got home with three burrito supreme for my family was literally a open mess couldn't even fix it all the insides were in rapper and the tortilla was just open tith ends tucked in. And this only use the kiosk inside bad unless I'm getting a w4 for my taxes I'll go elsewhere to eat indoors will only do drive threw unless they don't get schooled on rolling then I guess I'll eat at another place and my taco bell love is severed...big mistake you'll loose money.

Well let’s see I tried to order crunch wrap well they were out supposedly they said you can go to another Taco Bell 2nd tried to order a Mt dew baha blast well they were out like nothing been stocked there. 3rd burritos were hard beans were like old taste no sauce when I clearly said extra extra sauce….S 14th location sucks balls!!!!

This must be the slowest place in Abilene. I got here at 7:15pm they had 2 customers before me, it's already 7:30 and I still haven't gotten my food which was only tacos. They said they didn't have any hard taco shells, so I got soft tacos instead. All these people from the drive thru came in because they didn't get all their food. I finally got my food and a girl from the back started making hard shell tacos, there was some on her side, I was pissed. They were out of the sauce packets. The food was ok, I'll never go back again. WTH is going on?
