I live close by the Taco Bell so I eat here regularly. Even if the line is backed I've never waited more than 10 minutes for the longest line. Speedy service never encountered anyone rude. The place itself is always clean. And I can't remember the last time my order was wrong. It's the best Taco Bell in Abilene.

They work really hard. I never worked fast food but Ive heard of the nightmares and these are people just like us trying to pay bills. Yes some of them have a poor mindset but it could be for a numerous amount reasons some people cant fathom.This place is not a five star restaurant its a corporate chain. Gives these guys a break as far as effort they are tired mentally.Affordable food. Fills the stomach.

No counter help. Slower than molasses in January. Food was fine but I hate having to use a kiosk to order my food. Watched a guy wait for over 3 min to get attention from the kitchen cause they forgot part of his order and they never look at the counter.

Food was decent. Beef burritos cud use more beef. I worked for taco bell wen I was younger and the amounts put on things wer 2 to 3 times more than ther is now.
I can’t eat dairy and even though I ask to have all dairy ingredients removed, they’re still left on almost every time! I am sick of trying this Taco Bell again and again hoping my order won’t be messed up. Not eating here ever again.Dietary restrictions: Cannot be trusted to exclude items you can’t eat.
I guess the Burrito Supreme has gotn very chincy, even ordering extra meat on it. Thin n I mean very thin layer of meat. Think we'll go to the one we went to 8 miles away from now on bcuz ther food n service is gud!

For the most part, love it. They forgot one item, but it was also late at night and they seemed to be short staffed.
Filthy...all the tables were dirty. No plastic forks,etc...no napkins, no salt in the dining area! Went through the drive through 2 weeks ago and the girl at the window said they had no forks to eat the Mexican pizza with!! Not everyone eats food with their fingers!! Poorly managed and they don't care! Oh, no lettuce for the tacos this evening also!Horrible Taco Bell!!?
