4 out of 5 times my order is wrong. They either forget items or just don't add sour cream like requested. When you make online orders they never give you salsa and I don't understand how you miss the add one when they are in CAPS LOCK. This company has become a joke over the years which makes me sad to see because it used to be a pretty decent place to eat. Maybe pay closer attention to who you hire because this is just ridiculous.

So I went to taco Bueno this week after going last week and my gosh, their prices have jumped considerably! The food was good enough. had a bean burrito, a taco and a cheesecake chimi. The price of the chimi is outrageous! It jumped from $1.49 to $2.89. Look how tiny this thing is. it’s crazy expensive!

Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins to order and decided to leave n go elsewhere.
I understand miscommunication happens but you do not I repeat do not talk behind a customers back to another coworker when I can clearly hear you saying you did not hear the modifications that I made to ordering my food and being very rude and huffy about it. I have a food allergy and have to modify my food here.
