Standard atmosphere but service on the other hand was SLOW. There was a line and after waiting for 10 minutes, I left. With the ability to open additional registers they kept it at one. At least a dozen employees some may have been training. A great training opportunity for the register folks if you ask me.

Called our order in at 6:56. Pm was told it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes.Got to what burger at 7:28 pmThey turned our order in when we got there. We received our food at 7:46. Pm Our burgers were completely cold. Meat and thr cheese barely melted.. Called and spoke with Azaria. She told me we could come back and they would remake our burgers. Told her we were tired and didn't want to come back .right now.and to keep our recipt with her name on it. And they will remake them we when come back in. So far to right it was cold burgers. Our food should have been ready when we got there. It's sad to make senior citizens and a retired vet have to wait like that. Then serve them cold burgers!!!!!!!!!!

The best Whataburger in Abilene! The team leader Martin is very personable, efficient and quick at what he does. This location was busy during our visit tonight but the employees were all doing their best to keep the flow of traffic going. Overall had a good experience tonight! 10/10 recommend!

Always a pleasant experience at the south 1 location in abilene. I prefer to order Inside and get mine Togo and the front cashier is amazing all the employee are so awesome they are number one in customer satisfaction in my book and they always make my order perfectly .
very good place to eat specially for me I work two jobs and I don't get off until in the morning and that's perfect food excellent the only thing is that it takes forever to get your food it is so many people that go there it takes a long time to get your food but other than that pretty good place I recommend Whataburger if you don't mind waiting
WHATAWAIT….Probably one of the slowest , most unorganized establishments in Abilene . If you want lunch , be prepared to get it by dinner time . Better off making bubba burgers yourself .
