Ordered small drunken noodles for $10.99. After taxes and a 20% tip ($2.38) the total came to $14. VERY small portion for $14. Burnt noodles. Would've been better of going to a small business & getting a full size meal for the same cost.

Super casual spot. Went on a Friday around 6pm. Plenty of parking, convenient location, staff was nice & helpful. $26 for unlimited bowl and they have a lot of options (proteins, veggies, sauces) to choose from and they serve adult beverages. I'd recommend & I'd go back. You just have to keep telling the cook what type of base (white, brown, or fried rice) and add-ons (egg) every time you go up to make a new bowl.

This is my favorite restaurant! I love making my own bowl and seasoning it to my liking. Thank you to the gentlemen who's kind and severed us. I'm sorry I didn't catch your name but thank you for being patient as well. I honestly just don't like the udon noodles now being an add on when making the bowl the were a bit under cooked but overall everything was good this is my go to everytime ?Kid-friendliness: The gentlemen & the young miss weren't rude to my daughter. They answered nicely and respectfully to her, which she enjoys and puts a smile on her but as well builds her confidence. So thank you

Way too expensive $68.00 for 3 meals with fountain drinks. Someone in my party wasn't happy with the raw food on one side and burned on the other. Our server was good she knew we were not happy with undercooked food. Still left a 10 tip.

We always love coming here for our Monday date day/nights. Always delicious food *especially since you build your own food*Decent prices. Even though they have increased the prices a few times over the years we have been coming. We will always be back. We wished we had one a little closer to Carrollton. Tx. Besides the restaurant in Addison, TX. Highly recommend you come and try it if you have never been. Fun atmosphere great servers.My only request is they bring back the Spiral noodles! It was my favorite thing about the bowls.

I went to this place because the one located on Greenville Av had already closed and I thought everything was the same but no. The service here was terrible, the waiter seemed lost, as if he didn't know where he was, he walked around the table several times and didn't bring the drinks.In other places, when they took your order, they gave you the bowl and you went to the line, in this location it was not like that, the food in the line was frozen, they are not friendly, they tell you everything in signs, the staff with headphones was dripping the ceiling, and the angry cooks with bad expressions on their faces and without being friendly with signs tell you where you should leave the bowl.Honestly, it requires a lot of guidance on how to interact with customers.
