I used to enjoy coming to hooters but lately Services has been very bad, waited for a long time before getting service inspired of only 2 tables at 5:30 pm. Once Unique came took orders and forgot our beverages another waitress was asked to bring them. We noticed waitresses are seating at the far west dinning room where there are no customers . So if we needing more foods, sauces and drinks we have to ask who ever happened to passing by to help. What has happened to quality services! I am usually a 20% plus tipper.

Watched the Eclipse from Hooters in Addison. It was Epic! Thanks so much to Jules, Ashley, & Desire for being such fantastic fun to experience this Historic Event! Of course, we all know Hoots has gr8) food. But its the Customer Service why I keep coming back. Yawl are the Best! ?

My girlfriend and I oredered to-go food (boneless wings) $50 worth and arrived 15 minutes later to pick it up. The staff couldn't find the order and informed me they think a driver took the wrong order (uber eat/doordash) and said they'd remake it. It took another 30 minutes to remake the food which is not a big deal, accidents happen.Thankfully we opened the order when we got in the car and saw that they'd made us all bone-in wings. We were going to just keep them but upon biting into the very first wing in the car it looked rotted and the meat was hard. I went back in and they told me they'd issue a refund and I'd receive it in 3-5 days.It's been 3 weeks with no refund, I'll be contacting corporate if this isn't resolved.

Kaithlyn was our server and did a great job. The negative was the TV in front of us was not working. So we watched March Madness from a distance. Combo of fried pickles and jalapenos was a good starter. Then the Hot Wings, naked were good as was the Buffalo Shrimp we shared. Been a while since I've been here. Will come again.

I was visiting from out of town and went to the location close to my hotel in Addison. Morgan was a wonderful server went over and beyond to make sure our table was taken care of. She took extra time to deal with the inebriated people we were there with. She continued to serve us with a smile and the friendliness of family. I will definitely return if Morgan is my server.

This location is older but the food is good. Kind of slow service, but it's a reliable place to eat. Food is good. Beer is cold. Staff is friendly.
